Honoring others in the service of our Lord - Do you have time to read?

I woke up the other morning and I was ministering to a friend about honour, and I was asking the question of whether the Pastor of our Church was proud of us as members of his congregation.
And whether he felt we were proud of him?
This message was confirmed when I switched on TBN and a preacher was speaking about honour, in a different way, but possibly similarities.
This is a give and take situation. I think that in any given situation I would show respect to a person regardless of who they are, their circumstances or situation especially as a Christian. I would and have worked very hard to show honour in the past.
I am praying that Pastors, Preachers, and those who have answered the call of God to respect all those people who are in their congregations as well. Sometimes when we tell our pastors, preachers our situations, they treat us as little children.
We are sometimes treated as small children, who do not know anything, just because of our situations and circumstances, and yet we spend all the moments of our lives in the presence of the Lord.....we spend nights awake in the presence of the Lord, ....always singing to the presence of the Lord,.....quiet in the presence of the Lord.....and yet because of our circumstances and situations, people disrespect us, we are liabilities in our churches, and possibly our pastors tell everybody what we are about....and yet at the end of the day, we are with Jesus all the time. We breathe because of our Saviour, he has not let us down, he shines through us.....but our churches want us to stay at home because they judge us.
What makes us want to stay at home and desire to speak to no one, not to enter a church, and yet it is a command that we should love one another, and who can love another person more than one who has been through an unlovable situation and still loves God?
Is this true. Please let me know!
