Why Do We Feel We Have To Compromise

A friend of mine met a guy about a week ago and she fail in love with this guy instantaneously. My friend is a saved woman of God and as for this guy I don't think so. She told me alot about this guy and I can tell you its not the will of God. She told me that he drinks occasionally, he listens to wordly music, and uses profanity, she's a woman of God whose lifestyle is totally different from his. They are already talking about marriage because she's just so happy she has a man in her life. It seems to me she finds security in having a man than having security in God. Now, she says she has a relationship with the Father and I don't question that, but I believe she don't have to settle for less just because she may be feeling lonely. We as believers need to know who we are in Christ and know that God wouldn't give us anything but the best and so therefore we don't have to settle. As I look around I observe believers that should be mature in the things of God compromising just because they feel they have too. Why do we feel like we have to compromise?

I feel u Mk i guess what we read of our Father just tell s us the truth a lot of them think they have fire ins and some think a lot of it in the word doest apply for today which is funny to me it say not be unequaly yoked the devoice rate os higher than the worlds it like they are little by little walking away from the truth they will not even notice untile it to late if u try to tell them of thier erro dont judge me they runing on feelings instead of faith it not the yfeel they have to compreize it what in their hart they want both of each worlds but he tell us chose this day u serve.
