Prayer for Protection & a Breakthrough

I'll try to make this short. I have a friend whose neighbor has pitbulls who come into her yard, make a mess, destroy parts of her fence, bark all hours of the day and night, etc. The people who own these dogs deny they are dangerous or doing these things. They have cursed my friend and threatened her to her face when she's tried to talk to them.
So far, the Animal Control, Sheriff, other neighbors are involved and she is documenting everything she can on paper and videotape and audio cassette tape. But she is afraid and stressed out as you can imagine and not sleeping much. She lives alone. The neighbors are your typical neighbors from hell who party all night, people coming and going at all hours, etc.
She needs prayer for protection from the dogs AND these neighbors, for this to be worked out and solved, preferably for the neighbors to be evicted or the dogs to be removed [one recently died, but they just got another one], for her to find favor with every official and law inforcement person involved, and finally even for these neighbors to have an up close and personal reality wake up call with Jesus Christ!
She and I both thank you for all your prayers. Her name is Marge.

Father, I thank You and Praise You for another opportunity to trust Your Word. I do thank You, Father, that Your Word declares, that, "When thy liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet," and I thank you Lord, that, I decree that this perfect Will of God, relative to, sweet sleep, be done in the life of Marge right now, in Jesus' name. And Lord, Your Word goes on to say in Psalm 37 and verse 17, that, "For the arms of the wicked shall be broken: but the Lord upholdeth the righteous," So Father, I speak to these spirits of fear and intimidation lording about Marge right now, in the Name of Jesus, and I declare Your power is broken, in the name of Jesus, and I cut and burn, all unGodly silver cords and lay lines of FEAR and INTIMIDATION, being sent to Marge, being sent toward Marge, being used against Marge, and being transferred to Marge, emanating from these neighbors next door to Marge, in the name of Jesus, and I return all curses and demons of FEAR and INTIMIDATION, back to the original senders, one hundredfold, in the name of Jesus, and I bind it to them by the blood of Jesus right now, in Jesus' name. And Lord God, I do set myself in agreement with Mamacat, and we do hereby release our faith collectively according to Matthew 18:19, believing, that, Marge's every need is met, in her every situation, in Jesus' name, Amen and Thank You Lord!

Father, please give Marge authority over the animals that come in her yard. Give her protection. Help her fix her fence, so the dogs can't come in. I pray for the salvation of her neighbors. Open their eyes and open their ears. Prepare their hearts and send someone with words of love that will persuade them to conviction. Help them help others. In Jesus' Name I pray. Amen.

Lord I pray for Marge and ask that you protect her
God remove these people from her area
Arrest them and put an end to the drugs parties and abuse
Jesus, end this immeadiately and remove all threats
