I need God's guidance in whether to keep a property as a rental or to sell it. My tenants are moving out and this is a good time to evaluate this move. Property values are up in Northern CA, so it might be a good idea to keep it, but I don't live there anymore and feel bad about being somewhat of an absentee landlord. Please pray with me that God will lead me in what would be best for me to do.

Abba LORD Jesus i pray give wisdom to 7 for what she should do Keep the Rental but LORD if it need work LORD and She Being a child of u may the repairs be done.once they are done then move upon her to what do.and in cail the money she put into would in months pay for themselves. allow her to be good stewart of what given in Jesus name amen
