Pray for sale of royalties........

Please Pray for us to sell our royalties. We' ve recently sold some land we owned in Texas, but we retained the royalties, and now we would like to sell those. We do have an offer right now, but we are not under duress to sell. So, we are believing God for a REALISTIC OFFER ON THESE ROYALTIES. They all have 99 year oil leases on them, and they pay out the same dividends consistently like clockwork. We would like to start our grandbaby's college fund, and put her some "OLD MONEY" in trust, for the Bible declares in Proverbs Chapter 13 and verse 22, that, "A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children.....," and we want to be a blessing to her, in Jesus' name. Please Pray.

Lord, thank You for Godly grandparents who seek to lay up for their grandchidren. Father, these royalties on the property are deserved by them. Bring them this blessing. To Your Glory. In Jesus Name bless these financially. Amen
