Job advice...

Good morning. I need some job advice from the Lord. I have been a legal secretary in my current position for four years. A wonderful opportunity has opened, and I bid on the job for a data entry/database, environmental coordinator. I've been in environmental before--for 7 years--and loved it. The job would not be secretarial, and would be a step up, doing environmental reporting. I need to know the Lord's will, because my Mom has been sick, and will need me to take days off from work to help her, and my current job has 4 years seniority. But, the new position is in the same company, but I"m not sure they'd be as flexible with me (but maybe they'd be more flexible with me). I just want to know God's will for my life, so I pray that He be in charge of all this. I need some clearcut signs, so if I'm meant to move on to a new job I pray (1) that I get an interview, (2) that I lay on the cards on the table at the interview and be me and know if they want me, (3) that I am only offered the job if it is Jesus' will for me at this time.
And... if I'm meant to stay where I am, so that I don't stress my Mom out, I pray that I'm not even offered an interview.
Money is a factor, and part of why I want the new job is monetary, so if it's Jesus' will I pray He gives me more money to help my family out in whatever way He sees fit.
I just want a clear answer, Jesus, from you--so please give it to me, and make me see what Your will is for me, and make me hear your answer.
Thank you
God is good...
all the time
Hugs
And God bless ALL who come here, read here, post here, and ask for prayer.

Father, I pray for discernment for this Your child. Show and lead her down the path she should go. Allow all things to go according to Your will. I pray. Amen

Lord, Your word says that you will order our steps, Father, this daughter of yours seeks wisdom. Bring Godly council to her and help her to follow the steps You would have her to take. IN Jesus Name. Amen
