Dear Annointed Family -

Usually I am pretty good with understanding some meanings in my dream. But the one I had last night really took me for a loop. I was helping my mother and sister to get away from a 'evil source'. I was fighting something that was trying to hurt my family and all I could do was protect them.

Then the dream took a weird twist- I was getting dressed in a bright red wedding dress. Even my hair was red. And my grandfather and great uncle whom both passed away a month apart a year and a half ago. Was standing next to me - one on each side of me - dressed in Tuxedos. And the only thing that came to mind when I think of the red wedding dress - is the Blood of Jesus.

If anyone help me out with this - I would be very happy. I haven't dreamt of my grandfather nor my great uncle whom was my favorite uncle since their passing. And for them to be dressed the way they was next to me - as if they was 'giving me away' at a wedding. With proud smiles on their faces.

Thank you family for whatever help you can bestowe on me with this puzzling dream

Hi Michelle!

I had a similar dream once.

I was at the back of a HUGE church filled with deeply praying women!
The sound was deafening.
The ones in the front half were dressed in red gowns and veils.
The ones behind them were dressed in grey banded with red on their veils.
The ones serving them were in white.
I was taking my place with the ones in red and there was much excitement about it.

I have never understood this one.

One of the people I told this dream to said we were intecessors but that just doesn't seem 'right'.

I do understand part of your dream, you were standing in the gap and fighting spiritual warfare for your Mother and Sister and you probably understood that already.

I was alone in my dream, you are blessed to have Family to see you placed in service.

Except when my children were small and they accompanied me, I have always been alone in my dreams.

Well, this is just a suggestion, but it's quite possible the red dress does represent what you thought, but this particular wedding was you as part of the Body of Christ, bride and your uncle and grandfather in tuxedos may represent God as it were giving you away in the wedding of the church to the Groom. Because you were so close to the uncle, this might rpresent your love for God and Christ, which is why both the uncle and a Grandfather were there.

The fact they are already dead might signify the fact this isn't about an earthly wedding but God's Heavenly one of the Bride to the Lamb. since there are two men- Grand parent and uncle, one would represent God, the other possibly Christ.

the struggle you went thru at first probably signifies your life here on earth to endure for the prize in the end.

My thoughts for that anyway.

As for akabezalel's dream of women in groups of different colored dresses, that could signify the levels some intercessors are at or possibly the calling of them. Because all were so deeply in prayer, it could very well be strictly about intercessory praying.

those are my thoughts anyway. God Bless!!

As I was reading your dream I thought the same thing as you, that the dress was representing you as the Bride of Christ and the red was his blood. But as I sat here, I began to think more about it and it didn't seem right because we're always in white as the Bride, for purity and holiness. Then I thought, so what does red represent beside blood? And this verse came to me:

Isa. 1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, says the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

I don't know if it's referring to sin in any way, but that's the verse that came to mind. I could be way off base, but there it is for what it's worth.

I know in John Paul Jackson's teaching on Dreams and Visions, he saysevery color has a positive or negative meaning.
red means means redemption, power, anointing. It also means anger, war or destruction.

Now I've probably confused you more than helped you!!

My wonderful Annointed Family -

I think it could be something very positive. An intercessor - I just got off the phone from having an hour long conversation with my husband's daughter's mother. We spoke about what 'is expected' from my husband with his communication with his daughter. I had to explain to the mother that my husband isn't a person to show emotions as he was not taught that. He was the 'black sheep' of the family - due discovering his mother had an affair during her marriage to the man who signed his birth certificate. Once she woke my husband up at the age of 7 at 2am in the morning to tell him that the man he calls daddy is not his father - there has been several changes of events in his life. So he never had the experience of a 'family unity' nor celebrating anything within the family until we reunited again. Now he looks forward to birthdays, holidays. Or togetherness. Even to this day at his age of 35 people still look at my husband as the black sheep because his mother cheated on her husband and became pregnant with another man whom was married child.

My mother in law is a J.Witness. And she has been that way since the night she told D. that the man that is raising him is not his father - which means he never knew what it is like to celebrate the birth of Christ - or anything else.Due to her religion (not blasting it at all) and things that was important to him to celebrate - report card grade and first job- wasn't noticed and since that felt anything else he did wouldn't be noticed good or bad. And I feel very good for branching out to close up the gap that is between this father and this daughter. The mother had a better understanding of the situation and knew that when she and I was in contact before that was the most father and daugther communication there ever was. I am going to continue to strive through and help these people come together and make a bad situation a much better situation.

Thank you again -

Your sister in Christ-

Biblical covenants are ratified and sealed with Blood (red).(Exodus 24). A wedding is a covenant that is consummated by the wedding covenant night.
Your family represent your familiar Righteous or unrighteous spiritual inheritance and (2 )Amos 3:3 witnesses to the exchanging of the wedding covenant vows.

Your red hair is your covering. You are being sent out to complete your assignment "as if they was 'giving me away' at a wedding. With proud smiles on their faces. "
Two parties are needed to make a new heart. The "new man" is the New Covenant man. He is the man to whom God has given a new heart and in whom He has placed a new spirit (Ezekiel 36:26). Here, God takes the initiative; it is His doing.

Michelle,
Hello, and thanks for posting your dream!

These guys are getting pretty good at interpreting these dreams!

Your right about the intercessory responsibility you have on your life, but of greater importance is the realization of who you are in Christ, which will activate your faith, and prayer life with power.

Your also right about the Blood of Christ. The wedding dress is just that - we are all the bride of Christ - only because of the blood of the Lamb! The two men of your family were prepared for the wedding - as the bride - as well...

Your red hair is exactly what PMB said - your covered by the blood.

-Is there some kind of revelation the LORD is trying to instill about all of this personally with you?

-Are you feeling condemnation for something?

-Are you doubting anything about who you are in Christ?

This is a really neat, and comforting, dream for you - make sure you write it down, and any interpretations!

Be in peace, and have a very blessed day in the LORD!
Semper Fi!

Carol,
Hello! I am glad to see you posted one of your dreams!

I would venture to say this dream refers to where you are at right now - Church, etc...

The ones in front are those who are saved, and are the bride of Christ - awaiting to have the bridesmaid revealed to them.

The ones in gray were those who are saved, but are unlearning some of their errors in the Word of God. They are being served by the righteous.

You were counted among the red ones, because you haven't fully stepped into your calling/gift yet. (Hmm, Hmm - cough prophet...)

Cool dream, and thanks again for sharing!

Be in peace my sister, and have a very blessed day in the LORD!

Semper Fi!
-Bill

BTW Do not take the dream/interpretation as correctional in any way - only an encouragment to use what the LORD has gave you!
