Healing of fears of intimacy

As a former abused child, my husband is struggling with issues of intimacy, both physical and emotional. God is the creator of intimacy, and I know that he desires to heal my husband, and the hurts and fractures in our marriage that his fear of intimacy has caused. Please pray for his healing and the healing our marriage needs. Also, if there are any other causes of the struggles in our marriage, please pray for Gods opening our eyes to that and the healing of that also. Thanks.

Lord Jesus- We pray you would touch this husband's heart and mind to heal him of past hurts that cause him to fear a close relationship with his wife. We ask that you remove the pain and fear, bring healing and restore his ability to love, be compassionate and not fear the closeness he needs to have with a wife but also with you. In Jesus Name- Amen!!
