My friend's dream

I have a friend who is backslidden and in an immoral relationship with a man. I encourage her to come back to God.

She called me twice this week with dreams that I don't understand.

1st dream was she was walking in a community with fine homes all burning down. As she walked calmly down the streets people were running and telling her to run too. All of a sudden she heard glass popping and flying. she got grazed at her ankles but was able to pick the small pieces out (no blood)
then she looked over and saw a very large peice of glass coming at her.
The glass hit and struck into her groin area. The people came to her and said she had been hit. She said she was holding the area with a white piece of cloth, when she lifted it there was no scar no blood she woke up scared.

2nd dreamed she was in this house in bed and water was pouring from the ceiling she had a cup in her hand catching the water. As it filled she would dump it. she looked and everything was flooding the furniture began floating. She called out to the guy she's in a relationship with to come in and see the water.He stood at the door and pointed as said the water deep was too deep she woke up.

Please pray for me to be a better witness for God to her. and that she will come back to God.

The wages of sin (immorality) is death ( fear hopelessness, bad dreams , quilt, diseases) but the gift of God is ( a dream warning of her perilous plight) eternal life

A person doesn't have to be a seer or dream interpreter the dream for the bible is clear And Jesus said to her, "Neither do I condemn you. Go, and sin no more.‘There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are. in Christ Jesus




Exodus 20:14

God commands us to abstain from all sexual immorality, including premarital sex (fornication), homosexuality, incest, voyeurism, bestiality, public nudity, and much more (see Leviticus 18 and 20). In the New Testament, Paul adds licentiousness, uncleanness, and lewdness Ephesians 4:19 (Amplified Bible)19In their spiritual apathy they have become callous and past feeling and reckless and have abandoned themselves [a prey] to unbridled sensuality, eager and greedy to indulge in every form of impurity [that their depraved desires may suggest and demand].), which largely deal with liberal attitudes towards sexual matters.

The first dream does sound like Gods mercy has been shown to your friend.



All the houses in the community may refer to a certain comfort your friend has found in the modern day standards that say her lifestyle is accepted. She was walking unaware of the danger. (GOD IS LOVINGLY SENDING HER A WARNING; He never desires for us to be ignorant. The bible warns us that; MY PEOPLE PERISH FOR A LACK OF KNOWLEDGE) MERCY, (SONG: MERCY CAME RUNNING LIKE A PRISONER SET FREE... GOD WANTS HER TO RUN, Flee youthful lust.)You speaking to your friend is the same as the people coming and telling her she has already been affected by her choices/actions.(groin wound) She was caught unaware that this choice to live her life by the world's standards could have such a devastating consequence to her.

She said she was holding the area with a white piece of cloth, when she lifted it there was no scar no blood she woke up scared. The white cloth is Jesus desiring her to hold Him very close. He wants to bring healing to your friend, even removing the scar. In Gods love, He gave her a free will. God is trying to get her attention so she will have to continue reaping from her poor choices.

2nd Dream:

God's desire is not for her to have POOR JUDGEMENT/ instead HE wants to pour out His Holy Spirit into her life (HOUSE)

I suggest a word study of the two words;

Poor/poverty

Pour or Poured

God desires to completely flood her with Himself. (In her bed) Sadly, she believes that her companion can fill a void she is feeling. She is having difficultly believing that the guy in the dream is not ready to surrender his life to Christ. He will not come into the room, but stands at the door. The guy will probably need to let Jesus be revealed to him by someone other than your friend. Letting go of the soul tie can be difficult and she is very blessed to have a friend like you that keeps her in prayer.

I’ll be in agreement with you witnessing to your friend and for the conviction of the Holy Spirit to lovingly flood/woo her back to her true first love, Jesus!!! Maybe you could give her the SONG: MERCY CAME RUNNING (see below)AS BEING FROM GOD?

Thanks everyone for sharing. I recieve the words of God mercy, warning and compassion. I sort of thought it was along these lines

Thank you for praying for this situation and may God continue to guide you all with his wisdom.

I spoke to my frend and she was touched by the words you all shared. I can feel God breaking down the idle things in her life and mine too. I want to be in God's perfect will and please him.

Please forgive me for being so personal.
This is out of love and is presumptuous.
THIS IS NOT TO INSTILL FEAR OR PROPHETIC IN ANYWAY.
I mentioning it ONLY out of CONCERN, being a mother with two daughters.
Please ask your friend to take the doctors advice and get a physical.
The wound that was healed in the dream... I pray is only a warning.
I know young women who do not realize the concequence of their choices and are devastated because they are unable to have childern. Some very common STD can be treated if found early so as to not prevent future furtility.
If it were my dream, I would make sure to have that checked out!!!
AGAIN, Please forgive me for being so personal. It may have been better to have sent this message private, But someone else might also be helped by reading this?
Sometimes, Christians can be spiritual and forget the practical. ....God Bless!!! Grace

Interesting dreams! Unfortunately they truely are warning dreams!

In her first dream, there are people who are placed in her life right now - yourself included - who are called to restore her back to righteousness.

Her walk is being bombarded by those who are receiving very clear directions/instructions for this sister. If she does not stop, the final blow will be a true attention getter!

The LORD in His mercy is holding back the curse she is bringing into her own life! Which is exactly what the second dream is referring too!

The second dream is about the mercy, and grace, of God being abundantly poured into her life, and her exploits in the bedroom. If left unchecked, these seeds of sin will produce a terrible, and unbearable harvest.

I wish I could be more positive, but the LORD is showing this has been going on for long enough!

Father God, open the eyes of this woman! Continue in Your abundant mercy, and grace in her life. Show, and reveal, to her the terrible harvest she will reap if she continues down this path. Quicken the interpretation of this dream to her! Equip, and anoint, the people around her - in her life - to lead her into righteousness. Convict her heart, and draw her close to you! Rebuke the enemy! Restore what has been lost - in Jesus name - Amen!
