all,
I have posted on another link, but I really need a miracle. I have been praying that God would restore my marriage, but all I hear is his silence. I really need a miracle soon. I was told that it would get easier, but it is not. Our divorce will be final in less then 1 month. I am asking God to stop the divorce as fast as possible. I think my wife is with another man already. We have only been separated for 1 month. If I have ever needed God, I need him now. Please pray. I am getting more and more desperate for his healing hand. I do not accept this divorce. God hates divorce. Please keep praying. I really do love my wife, but she does not love me. There is no reason for her to contact me since we have no children. Please pray.
Thanks
Chuck

Jesus
I know that you can work a miracle here
I am asking for Chuck
to have that miracle.
Lord let him contact this woman, this wife, this keeper of his heart
Open that heart to him.
Destroy all infidelity
Destroy it and put an end to it
Save this man in the time of his darkest moment
Work a miracle
Restore this marriage
Amen

Chuck, I feel that even if this divorse goes through that your marriage still may be restored. Keep your eyes on God and stay close to church. Do you have a good one
?

Yes I have a good church. It just seems that there is no hope. I keep praying for a change, but I don't see anything happening. I don't know why it seems that God does not want me to have a miracle. I am going out of my mind. I love her as Christ Loved the Church.

Still nothing from my wife (soon to be x-wife) Please continue to pray that my wife's heart will be softened and she will open up communication to me.

Lord, How majestic is Your name in all the earth, You have set Your glory above the heavens (Psalms 8:1)
I will praise You, Lord, with all my heart. I will tell of all Your wonders. I will be glad and rejoice in you. I will sing praises to Your name (Psalms 9:1-2)
I will praise the Lord who comforts me. I love You oh Lord, my strength, The Lord is my rock, my fortress my deliverre. My god is my Rock, in whom I take refuge. Dear God, I repent of all my sins, Oh father. I ask You to forgive me oh Lord. I have sinned against you. Thank You for Your forgiveness. God I ask in the Blood of Jesus that You keep me safe in your arms. God You said what you have put together let no man put assunder. God I know You hate Divorce. God I ask that You bind the strong man, the enemy who has come against marriage. God with Your mighty hands, I ask that you stop the divorces. God rescue the marriages of those who are seeking your will. God put a wall of protection around the spouses who have decided to leave the sanctity of marriage and begin divorce proceedings. God, please send Your Holy Spirit to show our prodigal spouses to convict them with the vows they made to You and us. I lift up all of our spouses and place them at Your feet. I know that You are a God of restoration. God please restore these marriages. God I yield every marriage problem to You. I pray that You will touch each marriage and bring restoration for Your Glory.
For I ask in the name of Jesus
AMEN

Dear gracious Heavenly Father, we join Chuck in prayer about his separation from Alicia and seemingly the pending divorce.
I pray for specific needs in the lives of this husband and wife. I pray that both hearts be committed to You in humble submission -- that each is still before You and knows You will be exalted.
If there are not issues of abuse, I pray for the marriage to be salvaged through mutual commitment to each other with a sincere desire on the part of each to serve You in the relationship. Work in the minds and hearts of Alicia and Chuck -- and the other man if there is that involvement. Lead each to acknowledge You for direction in living -- not lean to what may feel good or offer worldly pleasure.
Help both Chuck and Alicia to have consideration for each other and be honest with each other.
Thank You that Chuck is searching for what You want. Please give him Your peace as he yields his life to Your leading.
We pray, as well, that Alicia knows Your love, also seeks for Your will, and knows the peace that comes from You.
Be with each of them in dealing with past hurts and misunderstandings. Take away bitterness and any desire either may now have to hurt the other.
Thank you that indeed with You all things are possible.
Please answer our petitions for this couple for Your glory through Jesus Christ. How great it will be if they magnify Thee and exalt Your name together! We pray in the name of the One Who loves beyond compare, Yesuah, our Savior, Amen.

And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm."
Mark 4:37-39 KJV

The Storms of Life

When the storm clouds gather, and your life is filled with care
Let Jesus help you through each day, for He is always there

For He is always by your side, walking next to you

He's promised to be with you, His presence you will know
He will help you through the storms of life
Because He loves you so

Remember that God honors marriage, don't give up.

Father restore this marriage in the name of Jesus. Show them how You intend to use them. Lift them up and guide them both. Father place it in this wife's heart to contact her husband. Amen

Alicia just emailed me about selling our house with a list of to do's. So She has contacted me, but it is very obvious that she still does not want to talk.

God, I know you work in mysterious ways, and you have answered the prayer for contact. Please open this door up even more for us to talk about our restoring our marriage. God I thank you for the contact and know that you are answering my prayer.
In Jesus' name
AMEN

Please keep praying for this marriage that God will use this to open the door for some real conversation.
God Bless
Chuck

I just got back from a business trip, and it is very hard to be in our house alone. I broke down when I got home. I could feel my faith withering away.

God,
Thank You for being here for me. God I praise Your Holy name and I know that you are in control of this marriage regardless of what anyone else says. God, You know how I feel about the vows I made before you 9 years ago. I intend to be married to the same woman until death do us part. God neither one of us is dead. We should not be parted. I know you are really working on me to insure that I will be a Godly husband. I ask that You continue to work on Alicia. I can see one day us back together. God I know You work in Your time frame, not mine. God I leave it in at Your throne. I know I keep comming back to get it, but I am leaving it longer each time. God please allow your will to be done.
For I ask in Jesus' name
AMEN

KJV 1 John 3:1-3 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God....

KJV Hebrews 13:5...He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. 6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper.... 8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. 15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.

KJV Psalm 71:14 ...I will hope continually, and will yet praise thee more and more. 16 I will go in the strength of the Lord GOD: I will make mention of thy righteousness, even of thine only. 23 My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing unto thee; and my soul, which thou hast redeemed.

KJV Luke 11:2 ...Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done.... 4 ...Forgive us our sins; for we also forgive....And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.

KJV Matthew 6:13 ...For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

KJV Psalm 61:1 Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer. 2 ...When my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

KJV Psalm 31:1 In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust; let me never be ashamed: deliver me in thy righteousness. 2 Bow down thine ear to me; deliver me speedily: be thou my strong rock, for an house of defence to save me. 3 For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name's sake lead me, and guide me. 4 Pull me out of the net that they have laid privily for me: for thou art my strength. 5 Into thine hand I commit my spirit: thou hast redeemed me, O LORD God of truth. 7 I will be glad and rejoice in thy mercy: for thou hast considered my trouble; thou hast known my soul in adversities; 8 And hast not shut me up into the hand of the enemy: thou hast set my feet in a large room.

KJV 2 Samuel 22:33 God is my strength and power: and he maketh my way perfect. 34 He maketh my feet like hinds' feet: and setteth me upon my high places. 47 The LORD liveth; and blessed be my rock; and exalted be the God of the rock of my salvation. 50 Therefore I will give thanks unto thee, O LORD,...and I will sing praises unto thy name.

All,
It just seems that every where I turn, I hear how divorce is a sin. I am not the one that walked away from this. I did not abuse her, I was just not involved in the marriage like I should have been. I am so willing to make those changes. I don't understand why God keeps guiding me to how marriage is His will. That marriages can be restored. That we are one flesh. I just can't continue with the hurt that I have. It hurts me when I read the Bible, it hurts to go to Church. It hurts to read books, because everything I see, read and understand is that marriages are supposed to work out. But God gives us free will, and my wife's free will is to divorce me and not work on this. Why won't God intervein. The more I try to stand for this marriage the more hurt I am. I realize the things that I could have done to make this marriage work. I sometimes feel in my heart that this may not be God's will. I am searching for answers, but everywhere I turn tells me the opposite. I am not trying to be doubled minded, but I just don't see anything positive happening. I really need God to turn this around, or let me know that I need to go own with life and forget about it. Am I asking too much from God. I just desperatly want God to put me in his will quickly.

Father God,
I don't understand what you are telling me. I am more confused about what is going on in my life then ever. God I am desperatly seeking Your will in my life. God, Thank You for moving me every morning to do the things that I must do each day. Thank You for protecting me from thoughts of self destruction. God, I need to know how and what I should be praying for. God, only You know how much I love my wife, and only You know that I really want a happy marriage with her. God, I seek Your will in this. I believe that Your word is true. I believe that You can save and restore this marriage. I have prayed, praised and thanked You many times a day for the work that You are doing in my life. God please bring us together. Give us a reason to need each other one last time. God, give me the opportunity for me to be there for Alicia, so I can show her my true love for her. God, You brought her into my life, and I just can't believe that you intend this marriage to end no matter what she feels right now, no matter what divorce papers say. God, please send Your Holy Spirit to her to show her that I was a good husband in many ways. Let the Holy Spirit bring someone into her life that will guide her back home, even if it is just for a brief moment. God, I promise You that I will alwas seek You and Your guidence throught my life. God, I don't want to spend the rest of my life alone, Father, I know that it is a sin for me to ever remarry. God, I am responsible for this marriage, but I did not walk away from it. God, give me the peace that I need to carry on.
For I ask in Jesus' name
AMEN
