Strange Praying Dream (Old dream)

Hello,
I had this dream a couple of weeks ago and I was trying to figure out what it was about and I need some help. In this dream I happen to get this revelation from a prayer that I had about this guy whos name started with an L which I can't seem to remember. I went to my pastor, who is a co pastor in my church. I saw him standing at the door of the sanctuary and heard this woman tell him she had a revelation for the same guy as myself. I went up to the pastor and told him that and he said that I was the second person who had this revelation. He nodded and I went inside the sanctuary.
There were a lot of people inside the church and the church did not look like my church (it was much bigger in size and people). At some point when the church was ending I was called to the front to pray for L. As I try to get to the front, I would find myself being blocked by rows of benches with no place in between or at the side for me to get through (there were people sitting on these benches). Eventually, I found my way to the front and saw a couple of people who were in the front praying or being prayed for. I did recognize two of these people. One of them was an elder lady who leads a prayer group in my church. She was praying for someone in the front of the church. As I went up there, some people in the church were starting to leave and the guy that I was to pray for went back to the audience by the time I got there (he was waiting in the front when I was trying to get to the front, but went back to the audience by the time I got up there).
My uncle went up there, called the guy back and said that I was going to pray. The guy comes back and he looked like this boy in my church, whom I cannot identify by name. I had the hair covering on my right hands instead of my head and put my "knuckled" right hand on his forehead and began to pray for him. He was about 14 or 13 years old. It was strange that my hair covering was on my hand instead of my head and it was interfearing at one point because I had to move it so that I can put my knuckled right hand on his forehead. As I was praying, I felt a sharp pain on my forehead. I felt like I was about to buckle, but I did not. At some point the boy was trying to wrap his leg around mines, but he stopped eventually. Then when I was still praying for him, he walked away, but I did not stop my praying. When I was done praying I looked at the audience and saw that there were still a lot of people who had not left, but sat there to watch what had happen.
I don't know if this dream is of God or not because this dream was hard for me to discern. But for those who are able to understand it, I would like to hear from you while I wait patiently on God for an answer. I never prayed for anyone in front of my church or an audience so the dream seems strange to me. Thanks in advance.

You have such interesting detailed dreams. I truly wish I had an interpretation.
I did want to bump this dream up to the top of the thread so it's not overlooked.

I'm assuming this was part of the dream, but curious if you know if your pastor is open to recieving conformation through dreams from people?
Some pastors really value is type prophetic input into their ministry.
Father God, If there is insight that You desire to reveal in this dream, please show us. You words are better than life. We desire to hear when You speak...In Jesus name, Amen
The only thing that comes to my mind is that veils symbolize purity.
I guess I've have to be patient with you on this dream.

Hello Gods Grace,
When I have these types of dreams, I try to forget about them, but I can't so I write them down. This is one of those dreams I know have a message, but it may not be revealed to me at this moment. First I was not sure if it was from God, but there may be a chance that it means something due to the fact that I remember it with such detail. I think this dream may deal with obstacles that may be preventing me from reaching God's purpose in my life, but I'm just guessing. I have other dreams that are just a strange as this one, but I will post them up another time.
My church is Methodist so you don't really see people talking in tongues and prophesizing as much as other churches. My church haven't been making room for the holy spirit as much as they should, but God is working miracles in the church and his will, will be done. I'm not close enough with my pastors to talk to them about my dreams and I don't usually have dreams for anyone in my church. The enemy has been trying to destroy my church, but God has shown us the blessings he has for us, but in the mean time, it's a struggle like any other church of Christ. Sometimes the meaning of these dreams may take a long time to understand. Until then, I will patiently wait on God for an answer. Thanks for the reply and God Bless.

I do not profess to be a great interpreter of dreams, but I do get words from God. I strongly believe that the benches and people blocking you from getting up front means people who try to keep you from praying the things you pray. In other words, you probably pray for some "out there" things and people are skeptical. Also, I am sure there are demons trying to stop your prayers. Perservere, just as you did in the dream! Even the guy was trying to escape your prayers. Your church is struggling to believe in miracles, so even though they resisted you in praying for one, they also were watching to see if one happened. I am not sure if they watched out of skeptisism or truly wanted to see a miracle.
I pray some strange things, too, and I often feel this blockage of my prayers from others and especially from demons.

You have been on my heart and in my prayers.
Some of your dreams have had symbolizm of the spiritual warfare going on in your church. So, I will be in agreement with you on this matter.
I don't know if God revealed to you everything that He was speaking through this dream or not, But I pray He does.
I just read a post that used the term, "knucklehead" and it reminded me of boy in the dream. It's not a term I usually use.
God, Please give my sister Your wisdom and strength for victory in this spiritual battle. Plant her firmly in a life giving church.... In Jesus Name.Amen.

Gods Grace I am very glad to know someone is praying for me and I do need it. I was joking with God one day and told him that I needed people to pray for me. I think he is incredible for putting in your heart to pray for me because I really needed right now. I have also been guilty of not attend church this month. I am currently about to graduate from college and I've been busy with school work, but not busy enough for me to not have attend church. I ask you to pray for me so that God can motivated me to spent more time in his presence and to not miss so many days of church in the future. God have not said anything yet about this dream or my church, but he has giving me a dream which I will post later that is warning about something which you and others in this board might help me understand.
