So often we ask and ask and ask and ask God to give us our hearts' desires. Equally as often we forget to praise Him for everything He has given us. I have to say THANK YOU to the holiest and mightiest, my Father, and Creator because I have seen many situations in my life that might have "done me in" without His grace and mercy.
I recently experienced a break-in at my home. Someone came into my home and stole my keys and cell phone, then took my car, cleaned it out and wrecked it. What's most amazing is that I was in my home when the burglary happened but was left unharmed.
I have experienced great trials this summer, but I am sure that great triumph is on the horizon. At church yesterday, the priest's sermon should have been entitled "No Cross, No Crown." So I'm praising my God for the tragedies and in advance for the triumphs b/c I know only He is able to deliver me from my MESS to in turn be BLESSED!
