Prayer for Bernie

I ask all who will to please pray for the salvation of my friend Bernard Monahan. He is nearly 50 and evidently had a bad experience with the church in his youth. He is a lonely man with no family except for myself, my fiance, her children and her exhusband. He is diabetic and not in control and honestly showing no signs of wanting to be in control. There is a distinct feeling that he believes God has abandoned him. We have recently had many miracles in our life to prove that God is good all the time and all the time God is good (praise to God) but Bernard still is lost. So again I ask that prayers for him be said.

Dear Lord, I pray that Bernard is convicted by Your Holy Spirit and is led home to salvation. Lord God, be at work in his life to bring him to salvation. Do let him resist You any longer. Show him Your grace and mercy and Your greatness and power. Let Bernard know of his need for You. Show him who he is (a sinner) and who You are (a Savior!). Lord, let his life be turned around and transformed by Your glory. In Jesus Name, amen.

Father, we pray in unity that You will reveal Yourself to Bernie in a wonderful, powerful way. We ask that You draw him by Your Holy Spirit unto New Life in You, setting him free from the lies of the enemy.

Thank you for this family that has reached out to him and that You are using to minister Your love to him, so in this, it is evident You are at work here. Bless them and give them the wisdom, knowledge and understanding as they continue to minster to him, in Jesus' Name, amen.

Jesus help Berinie to realize that people will fail him but God never will.
Many people are in church because they need it.
It does not mean they have reached some level of perfection
where they won't hurt others or act in a misguided fashion.
God/Jesus is the only sure thing in this world.
We have hope because of that
and through Jesus, life eternal
Prepare bernies heart mind and spirit
to be open to recieve Christ fully into his life.
Give Dirk the words to speak as he leads this man to you
