Give us some specifics, so we can direct you.
You were able to get into this forum and post, and that is what you do in all forums. If you want to post a request for Physcial healing, open that forum, then post the request by clicking on the "New Thread" option, just as you would have to post this question. If you want to reply to a post, you first, click on the title of the thread. At the bottom of all the posts in that thread, is the "Post reply" bar. Click on that, post in the white box, then click on "Submit reply" below the posting box. Etc.
Anything else you are having trouble with?
