Starting Intercessors Group

Please pray for me as I start an intercessors group. We are at a church plant so I have to do this from scratch. Pray for vision as to where the Lord wants to take us years from now and also help in planning it out so that I can lead the group.
Please pray that the Lord would bring someone by my side that is structured in their personality that can assist me with planning things out in detail.

I still need prayer for this ministry. So far looks like no one has prayed and this morning things started to fall apart. We had on person who has a heart for intercession come undone out of frustration and be angry with all those who were attending that they weren't praying like he wanted them to. There needs to be unity our leadership who doesn't seem to delegate 100% instead gives the task to more than one person and everyone is stepping all over each others toes.

Dear Firegal,
It's exciting that God has placed this burden on Your heart as an intercessor and I will agree in prayer with You.

Father God,
Your word says "unless the Lord builds the house, the labors labor in vain." God, if this is Your will at this time... draw the people with a hearts desire to participate and come forward so this ministry can be birthed. If the timing is off for some unseen reason that only You know, then God I ask for Your comfort to come to my sister, firegal. Give her Your perfect timing for the birthing of this visual part of the intercessory prayer ministry and remove all the hindrances that are not from You. Let her never be discouraged in Your love for her or Your purposes. Let her know that the personal intercessory calling on her life will continue to bear good fruit even if the things do not work out as she plans.
Also I ask for You to continue raise up servants with Your heart to support the leaders You have called to serve the people into this church body.
In Jesus Name, Amen.

My husband and I went through a similar situation. We both decided to use his brother's duplex to minister to women in our church who were hurting, but It did not work out.

lead the right people together who have a vision
Lord how them who each of them are
for you raised up Moses a stutterer to go before pharoah
you raise up the most unlikely of folk.......
Bless this new work in your name
Give them wisdom to accept and follow you
In all that they do and all you bring to this new work.
Amen

Put an ad in your church bulletin asking if anyone
shares this vision...
I listened on a radio program how a man who
was a janitor, had a vision to help
addicts of all types
and because it was gods vision it took off
He eventually became a full time member of the church staff.
No longer recognisable as a man once a janitor.

Thanks for your prayers. This prayer request has led into a new direction. Please pray as I seek the Lord's will as to were he wants me as a minister. It seems much like Jerry experienced when he first started out as a minister the anointing at my church is not the same as what the Lord has given me. Mine is much more intense in the Spirit. Pray for me as I pray about where the Lord wants me to minister.
