Does God blame everyone of us for what Adam did?

Since sin affects everyone of us and nothing good lives in our flesh does this mean that we automatically sin and cannot even help? What Paul said in Romans would support this view, since he did what he didn't want to do and did not what he wanted to do. Does this mean Paul really couldn't help sinning or does this mean he was only too weak? If he couldn't even help sinning then how can God blame him for sinning?
If we are all born as sinners due to this we sin then how can we be punished for this? Does this mean that in the end we are not responsible for sinning but responsible for what Adam did? Is this what it's all about?
Are we responsible for being evil or are we only evil cause Adam sinned?

No- God does not hold us all responcible. But, He has told us, we had no choice to be sinners, for sin entered the world by one man and death by sin, past unto all flesh by that same man.
Thus, God now holds us responcible for only our own personal sin, as Christ died to cover our physical and spiritual tainting so we can be- absent from the body, present with the Lord at physical death.
But, because all people since the fall have gained the knowledge of good and evil by inheritance from Adam and Eve, we are still responcible for our own personal actions.
Thats why you and I are not responcible for the "original sin" that started everything, but for personal sins against god, of which is why we must repent and seek forgiveness. This is an added bonus in recieving Salvation, as God could not allow all people automatically covered under the afore mentioned attonement, but allow us to continually sin intentionally. Thus is why it is a choice for each one.
God Bless!!
