Blessings for real

As I prepare to close on the house on Friday, as I pack boxes, as I hold the cat who is continually whining because of the pending move, I am astonished. I have the greatest peace in my heart. The man, though a few hundred miles away right now and soon a few thousand, whom I love not only loves me but is praying and seeking the Lord regularly (in May I honestly thought we would never speak again, but I refused to give up on Jason), and not only reading His Word but utilizing works like Pilgrims Progress to minister to other men. He even stored his things with me while he is gone to Iraq and left me post-dated checks to help with my expenses. We both cried when he left. My new job, while at the same place, is interesting and keeps me motivated and hopping. I'm healthy and back in shape, after a real scare with that in May too. Praise the Lord that He is true to His Word. Praise the Lord that He honors prayers prayed with faithful hearts. I think of the prayers over the years for Jason's boss, Linda, and the healing from lupus she received (Ps. 103:3) and for her eyes, for James and his seizures, for the young woman pregnant and partying without knowing and putting her baby at risk. The Lord has moved in each incident in a positive way. Hallelujah. I'm expecting miracles because my God is in charge! Praise the Lord Jesus for His Mighty Works and Praise Him for this group who praise and pray inspite of our poor fleshly selves, knowing we have growth in Him and answers in Him and salvation in Him. Thank You Lord and thank you all who pray...lets keep it up!
