My boss , Cindy, is so caustic in her dealing with the employees and is a Christian....It is passive agression and it hurts and wounds and causes us to feel almost paralyzed and fearful. Please pray God deals with her as only HE knows how...He knows the need, the heart and the change that is necessary. I have been seriously abused verbally and this is very hard.

Father,
I pray for Cindy Lord she claims to be yours so I ask that you purge her heart and show her how she is hurting those who work under her supervision. Lord, no one knows her heart but you so search her O God and refine this sister that she may be an effective witness for you. Lord, I am sure she doesn't realize how harsh she is coming across to someone who has been hurt so deeply. I pray for Lynn Lord heal the pain that the verbal abuse has caused her Lord. I thank you Lord for loving us enough to deal with us in your way. In Jesus Name, Amen.
