Should I marry her?

There is a young woman in our church (along with her family), and she is unusually mature and godly. We seem to be very much alike in many ways, and have similar goals, etc. There is a very large difference in our ages (20+ years), and I am hoping to speak to her father about my interest this week (Wednesday night). I am going to ask him how he feels about my interest in his daughter, and am leaving it in the Lord's hands to guide his decision. Neither of us have ever been married. The will of the Lord be done. Amen! Thanks for your prayers!

I am praying with you that God has His way. I pray that He makes this a door wide open or a door slammed shut.

Lord, give Clarke the answer that lines up with Your will. I pray that You will plainly show all involved what Your will is in this. Let Your eternal purposes be continued through these two lives, whether as a couple or as individuals. Let Your will be done and Your Kingdom be established. In Jesus Name, amen.

So good to hear from you. It's good to see you are still being the faithful prayer warrior that I have seen you be for a long time.
I'm glad to report that things with Dad are going well, and I'm still so grateful for your faithful prayers during those tense days last year.

Clarke, you are special to the Lord. He has a great call on your life.... including who you marry.

I am so glad to hear it is going better with your Dad. I was so thrilled to hear that he made a confession of Christ is His Lord and Savior!

Paul needs prayer, as he is still in the cult and divorcing my Sister..... Well, I PMed you the details.

I can use prayer for my coming promotion -- prophecied in a thread on this site. I am still at Taco Time. I feel a call on my life to be in ministry, mostly just getting people excited about seeking God. I had a wonderful time in His Presence just the other night, and I want to take what I experinece in the prayer closet to others and get them excited about meeting with God in similar fashion.

Also, I want to move out of low income housing, so that the government is not constantly nosing into my business. Pray I can move soon. I wanted to move in with my Sister and her kids, but her (divorce) lawyer got sick, and she has a new lawyer who will be taking some of the money she was going to use for moving..... So, the moving plans are on hold right now.

Still need a license and a car.

My niece, Erin, who is seventeen, is wanting to marry this guy who is "into something demonic," by his own Dad's explanation. He told my nieces parents to get her away from him. Her parents did not give their consent to her to marry him, so she has plans to marry him as soon as she is eighteen. She thinks she can be a Christian and be with this guy, too.... PLEASE PRAY!!!

My brother, Jeff, who was in jail, is OUT! God had a plan there, to get him moved out from Mom and Dad. He is going to move into his own place soon (property and house he bought from my Dad, who inherited it from his brother).

I thank You for the prayers for myself and my family.
