the Christian thing to do??

i see in the new's,that athiest out west is back at it again.this time trying to have in God we trust removed from money!.my question is.is it a Christian thing to show anger and try to stand together and fight ,not only this but the "so called liberal"! agenda? it looks as if we has a body united go on about our way's and gripe amongst ourselves so i ask for Your opinion that if we stand united and show some rightous anger at some of these incidents,would it be biblical?

Living in Travis county/ central Texas (young college community), This was the only area in Tx. that didn't vote "for" proposition 2.
I understand your frustation.
We must obey God and "be angry but sin not".
We will continue to stand and fight through our prayers and actions.
As you mentioned, one way is to unite as believers and support the good work of other believers like Jay Sekiolow(sp?)

We as Christians are to be mouth peices for God and unforutunatley beacuse some years ago it was thought we should just let the courts handle it we are suffering. Please forgive my mis-spelling. We as Christians have been to quite for to long. Yes, We are to unite. There is a site I couldn't get you to it but if you look you can find it called the American Family Association they are having people sign a petition to send to the senator right now you should find it and sign it. We need to stand up and fight for what God has given us "freedom of religion" not freedom from religion as most want us to believe. Bobbie

Being angry isn't going to accomplish anything. Being MAD (Motivated And Determined) is! Too many times, Christians back down and keep quiet when they should do the right thing- make our voices heard! The NRA doesn't get what they want because they are so powerful or have tons of money. They don't back down. They don't accept "riders" on the bills and propositions which affect people's rights to own guns. And we should not "do the right Christian thing" which really means pipe down and stay invisible. Some people hide behind their Christianity and don't ruffle feathers or step on toes. STOP! Jesus ruffled feathers and stepped on toes! Jesus didn't back down and take a liberal approach. Jesus didn't just go along with the crowd! And neither should we. We are Christians! So why should we continue to let lost and Godless people speak for us? If this person is offended because "In God We Trust" is on our money- SO WHAT?? He can use a debit card, write a check, use a credit card, use a bank draft. It's high time that when some namby-pamby wants to force their way on us we need to just say SO WHAT??
Don't like ONE NATION UNDER GOD- SO WHAT??
Problems with a prayer before a sporting event? SO WHAT??
Don't want to see CHRISTMAS VACATION on the kids' school calendar? SO WHAT?? It's NO coinvcidence that the vacation happens right during Christmas!
Don't like it called Easter Vacation? SO WHAT?? Again it happens right at Easter- SPRING occurs on March 21- usually too early for Easter.
Trouble accepting the fact God as the Creator of the earth and all that's in it? SO WHAT?? I have a problem accepting the theory that man began as a spit of green muck which oozed out of a puddle, was struck by lightning, stood upright and then morphed from apes.
