Do you always hate the sin?

I don't think I always hate sin. When I sin the I don't really feel bad but later I feel bad. For example when I don't want to eat sweets and I give in then I don't feel bad until I have eaten them. I never feel bad while I'm eating them. Only afterwards I feel bad. And it's the same with sin, isn't it? 
What confuses me is that somebody told me he always hates the sin even when he's tempted.

My friend, don't go around in circles. We had discussed this before remember?Some sin is hated, while some are not.
