My 2 sisters and I are also changing our eating and exercising life styles to lose weight and keep it off so we are agreeing with your mom right now that yes we will lose weight and keep it off that yes we will reach the weight we want to be with Gods grace and help in Jesus' name amen,we also pray for and agree for complete healing of your moms knee in Jesus' name amen.
