This can really make you think. It actually made me mad while I was
reading it, but I had to send it because of the P.S. This is deep... and I wasn't going to forward or share it, but that last line... you'll see.
A LETTER TO YOU FROM SATAN
I saw you yesterday as you began your daily chores. You awoke without
kneeling to pray. As a matter of fact, you didn't even bless your meals, or pray before going to bed last night. You are so unthankful, I like that about you. I cannot tell you how glad I am that you have not changed your way of living, Fool, you are mine.
Remember, you and I have been going steady for years. and I still don't love you yet As a matter of fact, I hate you, because! I hate God. I am only using you to get even with God. He kicked me out of heaven, and I'm going to use you as long as possible to pay him back.
You see, Fool, GOD LOVES YOU and HE has great plans in store for you. But you have yielded your life to me, and I'm going to make your life a living hell. That way, we'll be together twice. This will really hurt God.
Thanks to you, I'm really showing Him who's boss in your life with all of the good times we've had. We have been watching dirty movies, cursing people out, stealing, lying, being hypocritical, fornicating, overeating, telling dirty jokes, gossiping, being judgmental, back stabbing people, disrespecting adults, and those in leadership positions, no respect for the Church, bad attitudes.
SURELY you don't want to give all this up. Come on, Fool, let's burn together forever. I've got some hot plans for us. This is just a letter of appreciation from me to you. I'd like to say "THANKS" for letting me use you for most of your foolish life
You are so gullible, I laugh at you. When you are tempted to sin, you give in HA HA HA, you make me sick. Sin is beginning to take its toll on your life. You look 20 years older, and now, I need new blood. So go ahead and teach some children how to sin. All you have to do is smoke, get drunk or drink while underage, cheat, gamble, gossip, fornicate, and live being as selfish as possible.
Do all of this in the presence of children and they will do it too.
Kids are like that. Well, Fool, I have to let you go for now. I'll be back in a couple of seconds to tempt you again. If you were smart, you would run
somewhere, confess you sins, and live for God with what little bit of life that you have left. It's not my nature to warn anyone, but to be your age and still sinning, it's becoming a bit ridiculous.
Don't get me wrong, I still hate you.
IT'S JUST THAT YOU'D MAKE A BETTER FOOL FOR CHRIST.

The letter from satan was interesting to say the least and quite original and authentic but he left out some of the most important things where he insnares and traps Christians the most. I know, I have been there.
For instance, where is the exposing of the sin of hatred, bitterness, anger, rage, strife, unforgiveness, jealousy, envy, covetousness, the sins within the heart that can be hidden so easily unless someone around you happens to see them manifest at the moment??
You see, if the enemy cannot get we Christians in a tavern to drink, or to fornicate, or to commit adultry, then he will snare us where it is really dangerous! In OUR HEARTS! All sin comes out of an evil or unclean heart or impure heart.
Such as being unloving, harsh and rude to our spouse, our children, our brothers and sisters in Christ. Or critisize and judge them harshly without walking a mile in their shoes. Acting in a way that implies that we would never commit their sin.
He will try to entrap us with others hurting our feelings with the things they might say or do, using others to reject us because we don't walk, talk, dress and act like they do and I am not talking about the world out there, I am talking about some denominations that are full of laws and legalism. Jesus does not look on the outward man but upon the heart!
The heart is deceitful and wicked, whom can know it?
Some of these things were not mentioned in the posting which was very informative but I know all too well from experience, the deception satan tries to pull on us and if we aren't scripturally based in the word of God, we will be extrememly deceived.
The Bible says in the last days even the elect will be deceived! What does that say about us, are we the very elect?
The outward sins are easy to spot for everyone to see!
What about the sinful, impure, unclean heart that is within the soul of one whom goes to church every time the church door is open and works on every project that is going on?
This posting did mention many sins such as gossip, hipopcrisy and judgmentalism but what about judging our neighbor (nieghbor meaning our fellowman, not just spouse and children and family) and ignoring our own sin? Or worse yet, thinkining we have no sin?
What about the sin the spirit of self-righteousness? What did Jesus say about that in HIS word?
What did Jesus say about the scribes and the pharasees or more importantly, the woman at the well, the prostitute?
satan, you did it again, trying to keep the truth hidden so we whom have unforgiveness in our hearts and "refuse" to face it, or repent of it, or confess it, and totally let it go to never entertain it again-----
-oh no, Lord, I just can't forgive so and so for what they did to me. You can't expect that of me God!! But, i sure won't miss church Sunday morning when the door is open and bring my tithe and offerings to your house. I never miss church Lord! Do I ever miss HIM?
The Lord will not accept our tithes and offerings if we harbor unforgiveness and bitterness in our hearts.
Do not take my word for this to be the truth, it is all in the Bible for us to read.
The Lord revealed to me a few years ago thru a Christian dear friend on her death bed. Her prophetic words were this:
Jesus is going to start taking Christians home to be with Him "earlier" than they should because they harbor unforgiveness in their hearts and will not let it go or let the Lord have it and heal them! This is a reminder and a warning to all of us including myself!

Very good Chris-
We need not worry about that, as Jesus declares we can tell the root of the tree by the fruit it bears. We dare not judge people, but can judge the fruit produced. Thus, the points you mentioned do show pretty clear after enough time.
What the worldly list stems from as you quoted them is pride. Thats where anger, envy and other feelings or emotions come from. The one sin God hates the most.
