Separation

My wife told me last night that after years of issues; she thinks it would be better if we separated; that she had begun praying for me to find someone who can make me happy rather than praying for the healing of our marriage. Please pray that she will be released from the lies that God can not save our marriage; please pray that she will be open to trying again 100% this time from both parties. Please pray that God will whisper to her that he can fix this and restore it to its original strength on our wedding day. Thank you for your prayers. God bless.

Lord, do not let them look for satisfaction, happiness or fulfillment in PEOPLE (each other or a new significant other) but in YOU. I pray that they are made whole, AS INDIVIDUALS. They must become complete in You. Marriage must not be first, You must. I pray that both of these individuals will seek God, first and foremost! Lord God, I pray that Yout will move in mighty power to draw these two unto You. It is only as we fall in love with You that all other relationships work. Do the miracle of teaching them to be happy apart from each other, apart from any other people they may rely on and apart from things. Let them be totally, completely enraptured in You. Let them find ALL they need in YOU! Lord, I pray that they can focus on You, not on marriage or relationships as the source of happiness. Being with YOU and IN LOVE with You is the ultimate relationship. Let them EACH have that with You. I pray for them to make You Lord and God. Father, let this wife love the Lord her God with all her heart, soul, mind and strength, and let her love her neighbor (husbnad & any children) as herself. Do not let her pray he finds someone new. It is not PEOPLE that make us happy. We must choose to be happy, no matter what the people in our lives do, by becoming happy in our relationship with You. I pray that both members of this couple will have their understanding enlightened about the importance of putting God at the top of the triangle, of making Him the very pinical of eveything in our lives....
