Prayer for Jonathan

My husband Jonathan is lost and needs urgent prayer for his salvation. He repeatedly over the past 18 months has expressed a desire to return to church and God, but never takes that actual step of faith and trust in God. He knows this would mean a real lifestyle change, a circumcision of the heart, giving up of his mistress, Vicky and following God's will and this is what hinders him, I think. Please pray for him to recognise his real needs, to open his heart, eyes and ears to the Holy spirit's prompting and that a true repentance and conviction to accept Christ in his life once more will take place soon.My children and I are hurting and sadddened by this mess & the choices he has made, but trust that nothing is impossible for God and pray for His divine intervention in our family & for His will in all our lives.

Please pray too for his mistress, Victoria, that she too will receive God and that God in His wisdom, if it be His will, will close all doors for her getting a sponsorship, work visa etc to move to Australia and get a job here, in order to be near my husband.

Lord God, I pray that Your Holy Spirit will convict Jonothon with Godly sorrow leading to repentance unto salvation. I pray he sees, knows and understands his need for You. Turn him from this path of destruction into Your loving arms! Let him make choices that are right and honoring to God. I pray that he will find You -- not the other woman or his wife -- as the answer to his problems and pain. I pray he will get to know You and be made whole by You. I pray he is saved and healed by You. Perform the miracle in his life of bringing him to the place where he doesn't need anyone or anything but YOU to be happy. May he love the Lord his God with all his heart, soul, mind and strength and love his neighbor (wife & children) as himself. In Jesus Name, amen.

I ask you O dear Lord, that you would intervene and finish what you started and see to it that the truth of Jesus Christ is revealed to Jonathan once and for all. Please cut all ties to Vicky. Please reconcile and restore this family O Lord. I ask of you in Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Heavenly Father we ask you for your intervention in this family's life. We ask that through the power of your spirit that yould convict Johnathan powerfully about his current life style . Show him how you feel about adultery and draw him unto yourself so that he can be forgiven by you, restore his family lord.
