Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ:
I want to thank you all for sharing your pain and prayers with me. As I sat here just moments ago with tears rolling down my face with each passing reply I KNOW this is what God has called me to do.
After the Christmas tree "Thing" last night between our daughter and her father, My mother-in-law called me and asked if I could bring the kids over and have a cup of tea. So we bundled up (8 degrees... Brrrr) hoped in the car and drove the whopping mile to her home. She sat there listening to the kids cry about how Dad wont do this and Dad wont do that and tried to answer their heart wrenching questions. Remember our children are NOT babies they are 14 & 16! After almost 2 hours of all of this I said come on lets go home, and off we went.
I was NO sooner in the house when she called me and said "Where is the man?" I said Raymond is still at work I think (it was 9:08pm) she said "Well I called him and told him to come by on his way home I needed to talk to him" With that my jaw dropped and actually think I stopped breathing for a minute... I said (Gasp) Mom why? she said "Its time" I laid in my bed praying as the kids huddled around watching TV in my room.
about 45 minutes later she called my cell phone and said "well, He is ****** at me!" this coming from a woman who thinks the word "****" is a sware. she said he is ANGRY, ANGRY ANGRY... tried to walk out 3 times and I told him Dont you dare walk away from me while I'm talking to you. She said he Yelled, screamed and blamed EVERYTHING on me... Said he no longer loves me and can now say he actually hates me... He doesnt care that he is hurting the kids, they "Will get over it" and on and on... she told him he NEEDS JESUS... He told her he is sick of everyone telling him that! He said that every time he talks to either of his brothers they say the same thing. He said "MAYBE I AM BLIND" I dont know... but that is NOT HER PROBLEM...she said he pulled away from her house in such a rush but she was worried that he would come home and freak out on the kids and me.
She called me back a little while later asking if he had come home, I told her I heard him pull in the driveway, but he has NOT come into the house yet, she said ok...Call me if you need me. I laid there in my bed PRAYING that God would just reach down at that very moment and touch Raymond's heart. I actually fell asleep praying, when I woke up this morning I said to Nicole, Is daddy down there? and she said No, looks like he went to work already.
Warriors I have NO idea what time he came in the house, after 10:30PM I was out like a light... Bless those Tylenol PM people. I would like to request that you please keep Raymond's salvation and change of heart before the Lord. I love him dearly and I just dont know what else to do BUT PRAY.
I know ONLY GOD can do this as his heart is like steel!
Please contine to stand with me...

Father God I pray that you move in this matter. Continue God to convict Raymonds mind concerning salvation. Father this lady has prayed to you a long time concerning this situation. God in Jesus name give her clear guidance on what to do concerning man. Father, so many of your people including me have hurt for a long time concerning those that we still love. Your word says You hate divorce. Paul said that the hardening of ones heart after adultery is the reason for a divorce. Well, Father what about those of us that continue to have a soft heart and love for those that we married. In the name of Jesus God please see about now and change the heart of those that we married and now standing on your word for restoration. amen
