I am just watching kingdom of heaven. 
The movie is pretty cool. Wow, the one scene where the whole army comes along with this giant cross. 
That's impressive. I like this scene.
Anyway, what I wanted to ask. Why do so many people condemn the crusades? 
Should the christians have left Jerusalem to the muslims?

Reading into the history of the crusades and reason(s) for them will prove to show why they happened. I suggest you do this and form your own opinion. People are just as divided over that as are most all other things.
