I read this on a news website and we should pray that Tom Sizemore comes to know Jesus in his life and be able to kick his addictions and problems for good
Tom Sizemore Gets Probation for Drug Use
LOS ANGELES - A judge on Thursday sentenced Tom Sizemore to three years probation after the actor tearfully admitted he used methamphetamine last month.
Sizemore, 44, could have faced 16 months in prison after violating his probation stemming from a conviction for methamphetamine possession.
The judge's sentence included a 90-day stay at a drug treatment program. Sizemore also must submit to weekly drug tests the entire probationary term, said court spokesman Allan Parachini.
The judge's decision came after a series of hearings to determine if Sizemore's probation should be revoked a second time.
Sizemore's probation was revoked in July after he admitted using a prosthetic device to fake a drug test and failing to be checked for drugs every three days.
A judge reinstated probation in October after concluding Sizemore had begun to make "remarkable" progress in his battle with drugs.
Sizemore then tested positive for drugs Jan. 23.
The actor, who appeared in Saving Private Ryan and Black Hawk Down was convicted in 2003 of domestic violence involving his ex-girlfriend, former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss.
He is free on bail pending an appeal in that case.

A judge ordered the arrest of actor Tom Sizemore for probation violation after Bakersfield police said they found bags of methamphetamine in his car.
A Superior Court judge revoked the actor's probation and issued a warrant for his arrest on May 25 2007
Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney Sean Carney said Friday.
"This is very common. This is typically the way the courts handle probation violation," he said.
The "Black Hawk Down" actor may contest the probation revocation at a formal hearing but one would not be set until he was in custody.
"Essentially, he appears in court as soon as he's arrested. Who knows when that might be?" Carney said.
The prosecutor said he had not talked with Sizemore's attorney about whether the actor might surrender.
A call to Sizemore's lawyer, Rose Fay Arfa was not immediately returned Friday.
Sizemore, 45, has a history of drug problems.
He was convicted of methamphetamine possession in October 2004.
His probation was revoked the following year after he acknowledged using a prosthetic device to fake a drug test and failing to be checked for drugs every three days.
Probation eventually was reinstated but Sizemore tested positive for drug use in early 2006.
After a tearful plea in court, the judge gave him three years of probation and Sizemore was ordered to submit to weekly drug tests.
That probation was placed at risk on May 8 when Sizemore was arrested in Bakersfield, about 110 miles northeast of Los Angeles.
Sizemore subsequently pleaded not guilty in Kern County Superior Court to seven drug-related charges,
including transportation and possession of methamphetamines,
possession of prescription drugs without the proper prescription
and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
He also faces a vandalism charge.
He faces up to six years in prison if convicted.
