What are YOU praying about TODAY?

Being an intercessor, or a prayer-warrior, for the Body of Christ, I like to take the 'Body's temperature' every now and then.

Help me to do this by telling me (and other intercessors who read this board) what your prayer needs are today(whenever you read this message).

If your prayer needs change, and you'd like to list them, please do.Having the prayer needs change also tells the intercessor's that a particular 'season' is changing, and that prayers need to be altered to fit this new 'season' coming into the Body.

I'll start with my own list:
Salvation for family members
finances
continued protection and wisdom for my family
walking in obedience
clearly hearing the voice of the Holy Spirit

I am praying for blessings and anointing in the new house I am moving into (renting) with my Sister and her kids.

I am praying for increased anointing and glory in my life.... It seems to have plateaued (or even decreased) and getting up to that next level has been hard.

I am praying for Bill Clinton and his entire family to be saved and in the ministry.

I am praying for Geroge W. Bush to be greatly blessed in all ways and to complete the purpose God has put him on the earth for, as well as for his daily guidance and wisdom from God in all the decisions he faces.

I am praying to be in a ministry helping people to FALL IN LOVE WITH GOD, rather than thinking they need a "significant other" to make them happy.

I am praying for my nephew, David, to be healed. Much throwing up and headaches, and he also gets weak from low blood pressure and falls over (unless he can catch himself and sit down first).

I am praying for Paul Groh to repent and turn back to God from cult teachings.....and that he will reunite with his family.

I am praying for Jerry Gaffney to be healed and back in ministry.

I am praying for abundant blessings to be able to bless others and to finance the things God has called me to do.

I am praying that we get Godly Supreme Court justices and that Roe vs. Wade will be overturned.

I am praying for my nephew, Joshua, to get over his negativity and such and to be ON FIRE FOR GOD.

I am praying for my entire family to be saved, healed and delivered (whichever they need) and for us to be in ministry together.

I am praying for my Sister, Jolene, to get whole, as her husband is divorcing her, and for her to not let him control her anymore.

I am praying for my brother, Jeff, to adjust to living alone, to get a job, to be healed of manic depression.

I am asking for my family to be healed as a unit before my parents die.

I am praying to be with the man God has promised me I will marry (haven't met him yet).

I am agreeding with the prophecies for revival in America such as has never been seen, for resurrections from the dead (miracles of all kinds!), for a MIGHTY move of God in America and the entire world.

Will add more later, if I think of it.....

My husbaned and I are licensed Resource Parents (AKA foster parents) we are also approved for adoption. There are 4 children, siblings, whom we are being considered for. They are not clear for adoption right now, but we are patient. Right now we have a 4 month old baby we are caring for while his mother gets in compliance with the state's mandates.
I ask the Lord's Will in this. If we are the right parents for these 4 children, I ask that they be placed with us. If we are not suited for them, then Lord I ask that You find the children a home where they will be nurtured and loved and spiritually fed.
Also we need to get a home for our family. We have looked at several properties, often being outbid before we can finish filling out the bid contract. I know the Lord has a home for us and that we must stay calm and He will point us to it. We have looked at a house about 13 minutes from our church. It will meet our needs and is in good shape and is big enough. Jesse, the owner, did a lot of work on the house and it is beautiful. Hardwood floors and a 2 car detached garage. It has about 2 acres of land out in the country. The owner and his family are church members. They do not know where they will move if they sell the house- this is burdening my heart. They could move into his mother's house, but I feel like we would be displacing them. I don't think they anticipated our liking their house right off the bat and I get a funny feeling about the whole thing. Please pray that the Lord can remove the fogginess I'm feeling.
We have also looked at a home downtown. The house is beautiful but needs about $15K to $20K worth of work. The house has a small backyard. The house is also being rented upstairs to an older gentleman who is someone eccentric. He would also be displaced. The house is solid brick with beautiful hardwood floors and wood work.
I have been praying about both of these houses and I keep seeing the fixer-upper in my mind. My husband has over 60 days of leave time saved up and we could do the interior work ourselves. The outside work would have to be done by contractors.
Please pray for discernment and peace. If one of these homes or none of them are for us, please help us to know and to be at peace with the decision. I know that God knows what's best for us and I listen for His Word.
Last summer we looked at a house and all 4 of us were smitten with the house. I prayed about it and I heard NO sometime in the middle of the night. We accepted that and are looking still.

Sharyn, What an awesome heart you and your husband have for those kids! Praying that our Father will supply EVERY need through His riches in glory by Christ Jesus for His will to be done in your life! (Phil.4:19)

Praying against 'fogginess' in Sharyn's mind to be cleared up instantly, in the precious Name of Jesus.
Lord, You say in Your Word, that You have not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind.(2nd Tim. 1:7), and Lord You also say the one who doubts is a double-minded man, and is therefore unstable in all his ways, (James 1:6-8), therefore, if any man or woman lacks wisdom, let him/her ask of God, who gives liberally and without reproach, and it will be given of him/her. (James 1:5)
So, Lord, we thank You that Your word is always true, and is always on time...always encouraging and edifying to your saints, for their perfecting of good works to glorify You, Lord.
We thank You that You are always for us, and not against us Father, and that through you, all of Sharyn's needs are perfectly and peacefully met, and that she has absolute confidence in You while all these needs are being taken care of.
In Jesus' Name we pray, amen!

I am praying to hear Gods audible voice, and to hear his still small voice more clearly.

salvation for my backsliden and unsaved loved ones.

For the anoiting that destroyes yokes to be released in my home church, and body of christ.

For a relative knowlegde of Gods word.

More wisdom agape love and understanding.

That my children will grab a whole of the vision that God has given me, them, us.

that my husband will come out of denial and into the marvelous light of Jesus Christ.

For the ministry of music to go to another level in my church, desparately!!!!
because we usher people into the very presence of God and I don't think they understand how important that is.

Speaking of being smitten by a house, that's what happened here. I need you guys to pray that this all works out. There are some bugs, and I was not sure I was supposed to move here, but I did, and now I am wondering.... If one does something against God's plan, just because they want to or feel pressured into it and cave, can they get back on track? Pray all the fogginess clears up for me, too. I am so tired from moving, that I can barely think straight. So it's hard to glean spiritually what is going on. I told God if all the details worked out, I would take that as a sign I was to move here. Everything went smoothly to get us in here, so I said, "OK, God, I think you want me to go." Now, things are seeming not so smooth. Anyway, just pray we get this all finanlized by April 1. We need all our stuff moved out of old places and old places cleaned. Pray that I find God's favor (that he can turn this into good, even if I missed it somewhere).

(Amen! Agreeing with Tonya and Jeri in prayer today for their requests.)

Here's a new list for today:
Church, do you all know how CLOSE we might be to a WAR with Iran?
Praying for the peace of Jerusalem, and for Israel today.
Praying that the unsaved see/understand the SERIOUSNESS of the world situation and get right with Jesus! Praying that these souls begin to clearly see the undeniable end times prophecies lining up before their very eyes, and see that time is so short!
Whether we are here 2 more months, or 8 more years, or beyond...that's still short! And it's especially short if the bird flu, or a nuclear bomb is unleashed.
Pray that many many souls come into the Kingdom today.
Pray that people begin to believe Bible prophecies and take them seriously.
(For those interested, there are many end time Christian websites. You can google them and see for yourself how prophecy is lining up to the Word of God.)

Revival for Europe is a big one (of course the whole world) but we have asked Pastor Jerry to do a revival over here in Europe and we are praying the way to be opened. We need Jerry to get better and be healed. We need all the accomondations for the team and financial means for it to come about. People are very hard headed over here and for the greater part most people do not believe they need Jesus in their lives, that that is a crutch for the weak. Only about 4-6 % of Norwegians attend any kind of public worship. We have our work cut out for us! I am reminded of though that mighty prayer always precedes strong revival. There are a lot of miracles that have happened through prayer over here to. Some of the poorer countries are more ready spiritually because of their humble conditions. Pray the richer countries can humble themselves before the Lord again and acknowlege from where their riches and blessings come.

In my own family there are many who need salvation. My sister Amy, step-children, Benjamin, Christina. Cousins Ken, Linda, Eldon, Larry, Victor. My husband's sister Eilen and her family.

Help I can get past this cronic fatigue that is driving me nuts. It flares up every now and then.

Prayers for Pastor Jerry to be completely healed.

Father of all our needs, you who hears our every prayer, I pray for all these requests in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

1. For my children, for strength to cope in every area
2. I pray especially for my friends for strength in the Lord, for the fruits of the Holy spirit in our relationship, and for growth in our togetherness, for wisdom and love for one another this year.
3. For complete joy now, total joy.
4. I pray for a new home in the next coming days, that God's will be done!
5. I pray for my church ~ and thank God I know my place in my church, for growth, maturity, unity, plenty more times of fellowship and togetherness.
6. I pray for complete healing of my body and mind and soul ~ and for the understanding of others in my life.
7. I pray for all those who look after the sick and the elderly, to look after them as beings to communicate with them as real people especially to those who are still actively living their lives.
8. I pray for this prayer board, anointed, and all the prayer warriors who come daily to pray for others and for God's continued blessing upon each one. In the name of Jesus. Amen and Amen.

Hurray ! I finally get to post again!! (I cleaned out my cpu, and forgot to save the cookies to this site...so I had to reapply for a new password!)Took me awhile, but now I'm back!

Anyway, thanks for ALL the replies to this thread. It is so fascinating to see where your heart's cry to the Lord is. If anyone has praise reports to answered prayer on this thread, please share it! I'm praying over all the posts here, and am looking forward to see how the Lord is going to answer your sincere needs.
All of your prayers have touched and impressed me. One in particular I wanted to pray over today, and that is Sulten's.
On another Christian board, we are discussing the apostasy in Europe, and why they might 'proudly' call themselves 'post Christian'. I believe Europe today is as big a mission field as Africa or China.

Sulten, can you give us any ideas on how Europe got into its apostate condition? How did the likes of Martin Luther, John Wesley, John Knox, etc, not 'stick' in people's hearts?

Let's agree in prayer for revival in Europe today:
Father God, You know how and why the countries making up Europe got in the apostate condition that they are now in. You know, Father, the emptiness of men's souls in these areas...Father, I pray now, that Your precious powerful Holy Spirit begin to stir people's hearts in Europe today...that they begin to yearn and cry out "There's something more to life! I need God!", that they begin to seek and search...not just for 'religion' or works of men, but that Europeans begin to seek for YOur face, Lord.
Father, I ask that You begin to blow the winds of Your Holy Spirit through Europe....wooing those that need to be wooed, powerfully shattering those false lives that need to be shattered...until those who are going to receive You have heard the truth.
Lord, we're agreeing that every evil stronghold that opposes You will be brought DOWN in the MIGHTY NAME of JESUS!!!
Lord, in Your word, you said "Ask and I will give you the nations"....We're asking Lord!
I ask this in the Name of Your Son, Yeshua Ha' Mashiach. Amen.

Wow! Bonnie, you are going to enjoy this one! Just after I finished the last post here, I was still praying over your post about Europe, and the Lord directly led me to your sticky in 'Who is Jerry Gaffney?' and to your post on the condition of why Europe is apostate! Directly after I finished! I didn't even know that your thread existed, and hadn't ever been on that part of the board before, and my cursor went directly to your post on the apostate condition of Europe! Isn't that awesome? I believe Father God really wants me to join my faith with yours and all the others on this board that are praying for revival in Europe.

Just thought this was so amazing, and wanted to share it with you. God bless you sister, and take heart! God's Word never fails!

I praise the Lord for bringing back the anointing! Just believing to go up the next level now. I felt that precious sense of His Presence, the peace, the warmth, the tingles.... Thank You, Jesus!

I am praying for my family to value quiet time with the Lord. I mean, that they will just be SILENT before Him, simply resting in His Presence. Not speaking to Him, not asking for anything..... just enjoying His Presence. My family is "noise" addicted -- TV, radio, video games, whatever.... Pray they can learn to just be quiet and still before God soaking in His Presence. This has been the most precious time and experience of my life, and my heart aches for those who do not understand the importance of it! Pray my family can experience it, too, and will quit running after the things of this world and filling their lives with business, as if it will satisfy. It is when we BE STILL AND KNOW THAT HE IS GOD that we are ministered to in the most awesome ways!

Received miracle money for vacation -- the day BEFORE we left. My IRS refund came through on that day, then the mother of the boy we took with us gave us $200 for spending money. As I am praying, I was blessed to bless others!

Praying for FAVOR at work! I feel over worked, under appreciated, under paid.... I feel I should get a hefty raise! I follow the rules, yet those who keep breaking them get away with it forever, and they make a few cents less than me..... Or a new job where I am truly paid what I'm worth!!!

For my Sister to get a good lawyer (or money to hire the one she found) that will get her a divorce settlement in her favor! God takes care of the fatherless and the widow....

Amen Jeri! Agreeing with all your needs in prayer. I really appreciated your words about just being satisfied with HIS presence...and being still. Awesome.

Another thing came to me while I was reading your post, and that was that you are a 'giver'...here on this board, to your family, friends, community, church, etc...and I am praying for you to receive now from the Lord all that you need from Him.

I love this scripture...can't say I understand it completely, but am wowed by it everytime I read it: Eph. 3:20 says "God can do anything, you know--far more than you could every imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams!" (The Message bible)

Dear Lord, I thank You for the prayers from Lauren. I had been asking and praying for needs that she had no clue about before I even knew whe posted that about praying I receive what I need. I thank You for showing me what to do and helping me step out in faith and give the amount You asked me to. I know great things are coming my way as a result. Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!

Father God, thank You for Lauren and her faithfullness to take our needs to God. Now, give her the desires of her heart. I pray she is granted a year of miracles and blessings. Show her, Lord, Your will in all things, and may she follow You in all You ask her to do for a super blessed year. I pray that she learns the joy and beauty of Your Presence and simply basking in it. Let her be deeply in love with You, and may she be in anointed ministry for You. In Jesus Name, amen.

I am asking for prayer for my brother and sis-in-law, Vernon & Sonja (children, Nic [Nicholas], Erin, Maria). They are going into the ministry with Pat and Vicki Holleran (Pat is a prophet to the Nth degree!). When Pat meets you, he can not just visit with you; he starts receiving from God all kinds of words of knowledge about you. Rather than visit with you, he just starts ministering to you. He sees visions of angels a lot, and just really has this huge mantle on him. He has asked my brother, Vernon and his wife, Sonja, to travel with him.... world wide. Vernon and Sonja are calling their ministry "Freedom Fire." Vernon plays drums (self taught) and Sonja sings, so I believe they are going to do worship. Vernon, also has had a vision of being in the healing ministry. Vernon and Sonja do prophetic/spontanteous worhsip. They just begin playing, and do what the Lord leads them to do. I have been to some of the worship sessions they lead in their home, and it is awesome stuff. Their son, Nick, plays trumpet and drums and sings.... I was not clear if he would be traveling with them. My niece, Sarah, is their treasurer, and she also has a healing anointing upon her (she says it feels like honey dripping off her hand).

Wow, just realized this is here.............

I am praying for my brother, Christian walk with God. He has been battling an alcohol addiction. Praise the Lord that he has been sober going for over a month. He is working and again, I praise the Lord for that. Also, praying for him to get custody of his daughter as the baby's mother has lost custody of her 2 eldest children due to drugs and is using Jadera (the infant) as her pawn to get Chris back ( you can see the baby if you see me kinda thing). So, am really praying for a blessed subtraction and for his self-esteem to increase. Wow, a lot there.

I am praying for myself. My boss advised that I would be getting a step increase at the end of March and I still have yet to receive it. So, I am praying for the step increase as it would be very beneficial to me and my family.

Also, praying that we can get our truck fixed as it has taken to just shutting off every once and awhile, which can be very dangerous. So, we need the funds to get it fixed (step increase would help greatly with that).

Anyway, that is all for me. God is good and I know that His hand is upon me and my family and even now He is moving as only He can. I give Him all glory and honor.

I look forward to agreeing in prayer with you my precious sisters in Christ.

Lord, I pray that as we come in agreement, all of us will see the answers to our prayers.

More and more my family is moving into the ministry You told me about long ago. Prophecies abound to family members, including what You told me about helping disfunctional families. Lord God, You said all family members who wanted to be or were willing, would be healed the day Vernon signed the papers saying he was joining in ministry with Pat and Vicki. Let it be so! I remember that promise You gave me that my family would have a ministry to disfunctional CHRISTIAN families. I stand in agreement with that promise and with prophecies recently given. May my family become healed and whole in all ways, including all relationships one to another. Thank You for saving David Merk and that he now wants to be in ministry for You! Heap the fire of The Holy Ghost upon him, and let this desire for You grow and grow. Heal EVERY member of my family, and unite the members into a minsitry that You have prepared us for from the foundation of the world. Let the cousins use their musical talents for You, as well, since, right now, they (except Nick) are not pursuing music. Bring them back to their desire to play the various instruments or to sing, and let them place those talents into Your hands for Your use. Provide the way for Sonja to get out there where she is supposed to be with her anointed singing. Even send her songs that she will write and release into the body of Christ. Launch Vernon into the healing ministry that has been prophecied over him, including the healing of disfunctional families. Lord, bless Nick and Sarah as they attend the A-Team and go out in ministry. Let them be in the ministries You have for them, with miracles abounding. Lord, fulfill all the promises You have given to my family. Remove every hinderance that blocks our family from fulfilling Your purposes and plans for us.

Father, I pray with all posting here that You will touch each need. I pray that You will provide the finances, the healing, the salvation, the deliverance, the protection, the blessing or whatever else is being asked for in each situation. Let all of us be intimate with You, and I pray that our entire families will be intimate with You, as well. Let us see breakthrouhs, miracles and answers. Let us see Your Name glorified and honored in all these situations.

Lord, show me plainly where I am to be and what I am to be doing. Do not let me leave my job if I am to be there; and do not let me stay at my job, if I am to leave there. I want to be in ministry, but if my job is my mission field, let me stay there and labor. Put the filling of The Holy Spirit in me so strong, that I have all the fruits of the Spirit -- love, joy, peace, long suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, temperance, meekness -- flowing out of me. Let me show Your love to all around me, that they will want to know You in an intimate, loving relationship.

I ask and pray these things, in Jesus Name, amen.

I am praying the DaVinci Code (movie) won't open in North America this May 19th (next Friday). Some international release dates include May 17, 18 & 20. We need a huge miracle that this is stopped from opening. Or that all the DVDs and videos that explain all the fabrications in this book/movie, will convince people not to see it and cause them to search for the REAL Jesus. I signed a petitiion, through Stephan K. Munsey's ministry that was asking Ron Howard, Tom Hanks, Hollywood, etc. not to release this film, and I want to stand in faith that this petition get the desired result.

On a side note, this is a Sony picture, so they need to be boycotted.

I have heard no-one on this site mention this (unless I missed it), and we really need to storm the gates of Heaven that God turns what the devil means for evil for good. People I work with are leaning toward believing this rot, though there is NO Historical evidence to support Dan Brown's lies about Jesus.
