Good morning everyone, I sincerely need your help with prayer support.

It's really interesting that when church or close friends ask of a favor from you, you are ready to serve with good intentions in helping but when that person needs help of the congregation or friends, she is left empty handed and disappointed that the people she believed in would unfortunately be the ones to reject her and not reciprocate. I thank the Lord because He has blessed me with humble strangers that took a leap of faith to help me out, but sad at the same time, because people that I'm closer to and care about are not willing to believe in me. I know that the Lord has a plan..I wholeheartedly believe in what I'm embarking on because it will help many as well as myself and family. Most significantly, I am able to share the gospel...I ask you, in the name of Jesus Christ to please join me in agreement that the Holy Spirit of God would move hearts in my congregation and in my closest friends that they take the leap of faith in helping me help them, most significantly, begin to sincerely trust and believe in the Lord.

Truth be told, I honestly feel very offended with my congregation. I truly believed that we not only pray for one another but should help one another in church. I don't know if satan is putting all these doubts in my mind or should I stop attending this church. I need your prayers. Thank u.

PS: For the record, I am treated kindly with respect in my congregation but I don't know if it is because of the offerings and tithes or because they want the congregation to grow...I am living in the moment and pondering so many negative thoughts, this isn't me!

Consider the tithes and offerings as to God, NOT to the congreagation. This is our responsibility, as clearly laid out in scritpure. It is our sure way to blessing! So I would just encourage you: Do not QUIT tithing and giving just because of the current trouble. God supplies our needs, not based on our need, but based on our faithfulness to Him. (Malachi 3:9 - 10, Luke 6:38, Proverbs 3:9 - 10, Philippians 4:14 - 19, and there are many others). So, if you want to be blessed in this endveour, continue the tithing and giving.

As to quitting the church, don't quit unless you know FOR SURE God is telling to you to. Leaving churches based on an offense is not a good idea. You will just end up hopping from church to church. We go to church, not for people, but for GOD. We go there to meet with HIM and learn of HIM, not to meet with people. I would let God work out the details in a door wide open type way, if you are really supposed to quit this church.

Dear Lord, You know this situation and what Illuminate wishes to do. Bring all in her life into allignment with Your will. I pray she will receive the help she needs to spread Your Gospel. Work everything out in her favor, but, most of all, for Your glory. I pray she is hearing clearly from You every step of the way. Speak into her spirt by Your Holy Spirit, and let her know what she is to do. Guide her steps according to Your Word, witten and spoken. I pray she stays in the current church until You tell her plainly to go. In Jesus Name, I ask and pray, amen.

Lord Jesus encourage Illuminate today, and help her to focus and fix her eyes on you, Lord show her the people in her congregation are just human, and their love fail, but your love never fail. We go to church because we want to praise you, worship you and to serve you, when we do things for other we are doing unto you, and you are the rewarder, I know I am talking to myself also. So help illuminate and grant her peace and encouragement In Jesus name Amen

Thank you both for your words are very encouraging, most significantly, wise. I attended church and the Lord used a fellow member to speak to me. It was amazing and I must obey Him. Meaning, continue to stay in my church. However, I still feel a little offended but I know having faith in our Lord that He will be the one to supply me. Be it unto God's Will.

Once again, thank u both and many blessings,

Illuminate
