It takes courage to give up something
you know you can't have
Or something we know is wrong
Giving up smoking
Giving up drinking
Giving up having the compulsion to fornication
and adultury
Giving up telling lies or being party to a wrong
Giving up the silence and standing up for doing
what is right for all our sakes.

Be careful the company you keep...
Don't frequent or socialize where there is temptation
You are no witness as a fallen party
so leave that for someone who isn't tempted
Run from temptation and ground yourself in your church
Keep your eyes on jesus
and the things of this world will grow strangly dim.
