Urgent Breakthroughs Needed

Hi All,
I am starting a new job and it is commision only doing a very specialized type of mortgage. I have been at it 2 months now and I have not written one loan . I am really struggling. This is all so new to me. I have never done sales and never managed people. I have one employee and I am trying to recruit others. Also, I am required to do a minimum 10 loans a month. Not having any has strained my relationship with the new boss as well as my finances. I have zero money and nothing coming in anytime soon. I actually feel very cursed. I have done all I know to do (prayer, fasting, repentence ect) and still it seems there are no breakthroughs. The heavens are brass as they say. I feel very stuck! Please pray for me as the Father leads and if you hear anything specific please PM me.

Lord, I cant pretend to know what this young lady is going through, but I pray that you will quide her and help her through her struggles. Reveal your plan to her Lord for her life that she might follow the path that you lay before her. If this is not the place she needs to be Lord, then show her where you want her to be. Put her in a place where she will succeed for your glory. Give her patience, strength, hope and most of all faith in you Lord that you are faithful and will never ever forsake her. Our time is not your time Lord, but we know that you will never fail us. You are always there for us, even when we think you are not. Thank you Lord for hearing my prayers and thank you for all the blessings you give us. Please help my sister is Christ Lord and bless her beyond anything she could imagine. In you name I pray Lord, Amen.

Lord,

I don't know what you are doing in this young persons life. I ask you to help them to do what needs to be done. Make their path clear. Lord, send them clients to help them get their quota filled for the month and help them get more than the qouta. IN Jesus Name,Amen.
