My position has been in transition for several months. As the transition begins, I, in Arts & Sciences have been placed under one VP and my colleague, in Business & Technology, under another VP. For me, as a Director, the transition has been relatively smooth with my boss guiding me and nurturing (I know I am very blessed). For my colleague, Margie, it is very painful. Her "new" boss is far from nurturing. It is a very bad situation and she has left the office each day this week weeping. Honestly, her boss is being extremely rude and uncooperative. Pray for understanding and wisdom. Pray for her to be protected. She is quite good at her job and outstanding in the classroom.

I pray for Margie's situation. God you take control of the problems at hand. I ask for favor in the eyes of this new boss for Margie. I ask for healing in Margie's heart of the pain that has been inflected there this week. I pray next week be better. In Jesus name.Amen.
