Peter being falsely accused in his job by chief!

The top director where Peter works not only refuses to grant Peter his promotion but is lying to other supervisors saying that Peter is a poor performer even though he has been outstanding! He is maliciously lying and backstabbing him, and condemming him saying that he is very unworthy of a better position, even though he is much more than worthy! The supervisors are trying to advocate for him but its no use. He is negating all of the good work Peter has done, accusing him of being too slow of a worker. He now wants Peter reassigned to a postion under a very strict supervisor who would hold Peter more accountable therefore increasing his likelyhood to be written up for the slightest infraction, which in turn could cause disater on Peter's life! (Being fired!) Peter is kinda slow but it is being unfairly used against him! Peter needs protection from any action that could be detremantal to his job security and our marriage! A severe action against Peter is the worst thing that can happen before we get married! It just can't happen! No way! Please God no! There no way I can handle that! This man reminds me of king Necabeneezzar! Based on what Peter just explained to me on the phone a while ago, this man has a heart of darkness and hate! Peter needs to move to another office! Bottom line, and he needs to be able to successfully move to another office before a decision is made that could harm Peter and could put our marriage in jeopardy (Due to demotion or job loss) ! No weapon formed against Peter shall prosper! Satan is defeated in the name of Jesus! If God is for us, who can be against us! The battle is his! God has plans for us to prosper and not to be harmed! I knew it was a discouragement for Peter to be denied his promotion but I didn't know how serious things really were until tonight! We are fighting against demons of darkness. We are both very scared, but we are standing firm in our faith that God has better plans for us. We refuse to believe that God is not looking our for us and protecting us. God is opening a better door for Peter and paving the way for him to enter it before its too late! Nothing shall get in the way of the plans God has for us! In our darkest hour, we need your prayers and petitions and support more now than ever before! Please pray for us! We are terrified! God Bless You All!

I command any demons influencing the chief to oppose and accuse Peter to flee in the mighty name of Jesus!

Lord, please soften this man's heart. His supervisors are trying to advocate for Peter even to the point of explaining not only that he has been with the service for many years but also even explaining to him that he is about to get married. Please convict this man of these false condemming accusations against Peter! Please place safeguards in place to sheild guard and protect Peter from anything too severe happening to him. Please intevene and send a person of authority to this State office with more authority and power to confront this chief. He must be outsted or severy penalized for his actions. He is the one in trouble, not Peter! Amen and Amen!

I just want to say when this kind of persecution happens it always brings us out on top. Kevin went through the same type of stuff just a month ago it ended in him getting fired. But after amonth of paitently waiting on the Lord he has a better job than before. Don't let the devil scare you. God promotes us in the most mysterious ways.

Father in the name of Jesus have YOUR way in this situation. I know that it is so difficult to understand YOUR way so we lean not to our own understanding, we acknowledge You giving You all glory. We know that you will direct Pete's paths. Nothing a supervisor can do or say stop You from having Your way. I stand in faith knowing that Janet and Pete's marriage is already blessed. I bind the enemy from allowing any thought otherwise. No matter how things may appear on earth, you have taken care of all of our concerns already in heaven. Lord You have given us the keys to the kingdom. You have promised that whatever we bind on earth shall be bound in heaven and whatever we loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. God I already know that you have the victory in this situation. Father I ask that remind Pete and Janet to stand in the face of adversity and to thank you. You have already given them a promise, no remind them to stand on it. No weapon formed against them shall prosper, they already have favor no remind them to claim it. Sometimes we get caught up in how busy the enemy is on earth that we forget that you are already in control. This reminds me of Jesus sleeping peacefully on the boat while the storm was raging and the disciples wondering if He cared that they would parish. Jesus you got up and with simple words, Peace Be Still, the winds calmed and the storm obeyed. We must remember that when the storm of life is raging. We must remember to say peace be still. I was sitting here reading out loud my daily confessions and I thought about you Janet (of course you too Pete but especially Janet). There is life and power in the tongue. So often we speak things into the atmosphere that are detrimental to God's plan and will for our lives. The tongue guides us. This is one of the confessions that I speak daily. This on in particular comes from Dr. Dollar. I speak several different ones and when I am faced with a situation I remind God of His word. I hope this helps.


For Favor With God and Man

The Lord helps me to guard the door of my mouth and trains me not to speak against His favor at work in my life (Psalm 141:3, AMP).


I will not allow any corrupt communication to proceed out of my mouth. Instead, I will speak only that which is good, full of grace and edifying to others (Ephesians 4:29).


As the righteousness of God, I declare that I am highly favored in God's sight (Job 33:26, AMP; Psalm 5:12; Proverbs 14:9).


Like Joseph, I prosper in every place and in every situation I am in, because the Lord is always with me. I, too, experience preferential treatment (Genesis 39:1-6, 21).


I am blessed and highly favored (Luke 1:28).


I associate with those who are blessed and highly favored so that I may increase in every area of my life (Genesis 30:27).


I operate in integrity; as a result, I obtain favor from God (Proverbs 11:27; Proverbs 12:2).


I actively seek and live by God's wisdom; therefore, I am highly favored and esteemed in the sight of God and men (Proverbs 3:1-4; Proverbs 8:33-35).


God's favor brings promotion and causes me to increase daily (Esther 2:17; Psalm 75:6-7).

Fear cannot rule in my life because I have favor with God (Luke 1:30).


My enemies cannot triumph over me because the Lord has favored me (Psalm 41:11).

Last week in Bible study, Pastor Todd made an excellent point:
"Worry is active atheism"
When we worry, we tell God we do not trust Him or that we doubt His ability!

STOP!! If you continually give Satan credit and glory for the trials in your life, he will continue to be your guiding force. When we fail to see that God sends trouble to correct us and discipline us and draw us closer to Him and HUMBLE ourselves, we miss the lesson!!!!!! Satan rejoices at STEALING God's Word and His Fatherly direction in our lives. Your tongue speaks from your heart. Be careful!


This could be the BREAK Peter needs! Is this person a "strict" supervisor because he sticks to the S.O.P. and holds people accountable? Good! A lax supervisor is a detriment to any company or organization. A supervisor who is all buddy-buddy with subordinates is the weakest link! Is this person one who is unbiased and therefore would be in a position to advocate FOR Peter? This isn't necessarily a bad thing. If a person's job performance is slacking or sub-par, this is an excellent opportunity to do some self-evaluation and get back on track. If people just do the same-old same-old for so long, they get stagnant and their career is nothing more that come in, punch a clock, muddle through the day, punch the clock, collect a paycheck, go home and do it all over again the next day.
Don't see this as someone out to get Peter, look at it as an opportunity for Peter to 1) prove the first-line supervisor wrong 2) re-evaluate his performance and make corrections and improvements where necessary 3) be with a new supervisor who will listen to Peter's ideas and input 4) be an opportunity for Peter to grow and excell!! Get excited! This is GOOD STUFF here!!
If he goes into this thinking "they're out to get me", then his mindset will be that of a paranoid victim and they will find something to write him up about. Not because they are being unjust, but because when we go around looking over our shoulders, we make mistakes; we draw attention to ourselves!

CHIN UP! This is good. This will work out for the best!

Dear Lord,
Thank You for the lessons You teach us everyday. Thank You for the trials You send. Thank You for being a God Who is just and righteous. Please comfort Janet and Peter as this new trials comes into their lives. Let them know that You are in charge! Help them to focus on You and that where You are, there is peace. Help them to weather this storm and come through it with a deeper love for You. Lord, sometimes You have to prune us so that we may bear more fruit, Thank You! Sometimes You send abrasive people into our path to soften US, Thank You! Sometimes we question Your motives and desires, but Lord, we know that through You we can do all things. Without You we can do nothing, not even draw our next breath! Thank You for being a God who cares for His children. Thank You for ALWAYS looking our for us. When we are confused and anxious, we need only give it over to You and You are bigger than any storm or trial. Nothing is too difficult for You, Lord. Papa... look upon Peter with your bountiful eye. Quiet our brother and sister by your sweet comforts. Let their hearts rest and be still in you. Thank you for the position and tasks you have called upon Peter to perform. Increase his anointing to be efficient and to be a blessing to his company and clients. Make this supervisor to be as Nebuchadnezar who learned to exalt and to praise the God of heaven. Now humble this supervisor and foils his plots. Blot the vision out of his evil eye. Increase the favor and opportunity upon Peter before this man's very eyes. Mark Peter before those other supervisors and coworkers. Bring his renown before even the company president and pass down kudos and recognition and blessing and promotion. Inasmuch as Peter has been faithful before you in little bring increase and spiritual blessing and financial windfall down upon him. Let the eyes of heaven surround Peter like the cloud of witnesses. Let the eyes of heaven behold the Son of God manifested in Peter. Let your eye seek him out and show yourself strong on his behalf. Then will the evil eye of this supervisor or anyone else will not even look upon Peter any longer because he is surrounded by such cheer and such good report. Thank you Lord. God has heard our prayers. He has put limits on what Satan is trying to do to Peter in this. I can see that God is working on Pete's behalf for a more favorable outcome. In the staff meeting this morning with the chief, another manager, who happens to know Peter really well and is good buddies with him, spoke up and said that he needed Peter to do some work for him. The chief accepted. However as of April 18th, Peter is supposed to be reassigned to work under the more strict supervisor who snitches on people and holds people more accountable, finding more of what is wrong with them instead of what is right with them. However, the manager that spoke up in the meeting this morning is confident that he will become Peter's official supervisor and that he may be moved to his department instead. Please pray for God to continue to work in Peter's favor and on his behalf, ensuring that the manager that knows Peter as a friend becomes his official supervisor and that he is placed with him after all. God Bless You All!

That is a true testimony of how God works in mysterious ways. How HE hears all of OUR prayers as we continue to stand together in agreement rebuking the devil out of Peter's promotion. Let's continue to pray and defeat the enemy in this situation for Peter and Janet.

Father God - as we come together for our brother Peter and our sister Janet we all stand together and rebuke the devil in one loud voice - Stand down devil for you shall not nor will not take hold of this promotion for Peter. Get back devil for I rebuke you in the Blood of Jesus, In the blood of Jesus take your claws off of this promotion for Peter - he shall be supervised by his good friend that stood up for him in the meeting. I think Christy spoke some real words of wisdom there. There is a lot of power in our words to speak words echoing doubts and fears, or choose words of faith and hope. You can't approach the Lord telling him you cannot go through this thing or that or else you don't know what you'll do. Express your trust and faith in the Lord, that no matter what happens in your life, you can handle it with his help and guidance and know that he will bring the best possible outcome out of it.


Dear Lord in Heaven, I pray for Thy hand to be over this couple, Janet and Pete and this job situation as Pete has been recommended for a promotion. I pray that the heart of this director will be softened and he will see the good things in Pete and let this go through. Thou has said that we have not been given the spirit of fear, but of power and of a sound mind. I pray for the spirit of doubt and fear to flea and they will know and feel that whatever happens, it can all be turned for their good. I pray in Jesus Holy name amen.

Hey Christy! {{{HUGS}}} Thank you so much for your awesome suport and prayers. I agree with what you're saying. I was so full of fear last night, that I lost my mind a little bit. I should not have said that it would ruin our marriage if Peter lost his job. The only reason why I am concerned is because we have already been through so much suffering, hardship and heartache prior to meeting each other. We are boldly believing that we are entering a season of recompense, reaping and prosperity. Where I am coming from is that certain aspects of marriage such as having chidlren require money. We need money and security right now so that we can build a new home and family. Then when future storms come, such as a job loss down the road, Peter and I will be ready. What I meant to say instead of a destroyed marriage was that certain practical needs that are vital and important to us would not be met. Our duties and quality of life as husband and wife would be severely impacted. We know that God knows our needs and that he has plans to prosper us for a season to give us the head start that we need. God will provide for those things that are the most important to us and for us and not allow us to be without what we cannot emotionaly or physically live without. We have needs such as a new home and funds to carry out our calling. Just like ministries need money to do their work. I do agree humbly that the money is not what matters most. What matters most is that God is glorified and his kingdom is built. We need to do his will and obey him, whatever that is. I told God that he can do as he sees fit. All I want is for God to have his way in our lives and in the lives of others. I asked that his will be done and not ours. I surrendered everything to him saying that whatever happens to us is his call. I know we need to step outside ourselves and be primarily concerned for doing God's will, whatever that is. I am believing since he called us to be married that he would bless us with the needed funds to function. I am flattered about what you said about giving up possessions to having the love I have. That really touches me deeply. Whatever happens, we have each other. I did tell Peter last night as part of lifting him up and affirming him even though I was scared that I would still marry him even if he got fired. We have updated information now. His job is secure. My concern is that he may be placed under a supervisor that snitches on people and looks for what they are doing wrong. That would not be good. God did intervene and things will not be as bad as originally feared! I praise the Lord for that! We remain comitted to each other no matter what happens. What matters is that we will have each other and that God will carry us through. Thank you so much for your awesome gracious support. God Bless You Sister!

I operate in integrity; as a result, I obtain favor from God (Proverbs 11:27; Proverbs 12:2).


I actively seek and live by God's wisdom; therefore, I am highly favored and esteemed in the sight of God and men (Proverbs 3:1-4; Proverbs 8:33-35).


God's favor brings promotion and causes me to increase daily (Esther 2:17; Psalm 75:6-7).


The Lord takes pleasure in my prosperity. He desires for me to prosper in every area of my life--spiritually, financially, emotionally, physically, mentally and socially (Psalm 35:27; 3 John 2).


The favor of God shields me; therefore, no sickness or disease can live in my body (Deuteronomy 7:15; Psalm 5:12).


Wealth and riches are in my house because I am empowered with God's anointing and favor to draw wealth (Deuteronomy 8:18; Psalm 112:3).


God is pleased with me and His favor endures for a lifetime (Psalm 30:5, AMP).


God surrounds and protects me with favor like a shield (Psalm 5:12).


Fear cannot rule in my life because I have favor with God (Luke 1:30).


My enemies cannot triumph over me because the Lord has favored me (Psalm 41:11).


Hey Lynn! Thank you so much for sharing those awesome scriptures! I read each of them out load. I have been professing out of my mouth even last night when I was filled with fear that Peter and I will have our promised season of prosperity no matter what. God Bless You Sister!

This could be the BREAK Peter needs! Is this person a "strict" supervisor because he sticks to the S.O.P. and holds people accountable? Good! A lax supervisor is a detriment to any company or organization. A supervisor who is all buddy-buddy with subordinates is the weakest link! Is this person one who is unbiased and therefore would be in a position to advocate FOR Peter? This isn't necessarily a bad thing. If a person's job performance is slacking or sub-par, this is an excellent opportunity to do some self-evaluation and get back on track. If people just do the same-old same-old for so long, they get stagnant and their career is nothing more that come in, punch a clock, muddle through the day, punch the clock, collect a paycheck, go home and do it all over again the next day.
Don't see this as someone out to get Peter, look at it as an opportunity for Peter to 1) prove the first-line supervisor wrong 2) re-evaluate his performance and make corrections and improvements where necessary 3) be with a new supervisor who will listen to Peter's ideas and input 4) be an opportunity for Peter to grow and excell!! Get excited! This is GOOD STUFF here!!
If he goes into this thinking "they're out to get me", then his mindset will be that of a paranoid victim and they will find something to write him up about. Not because they are being unjust, but because when we go around looking over our shoulders, we make mistakes; we draw attention to ourselves!

CHIN UP! This is good. This will work out for the best!

Dear Lord,
Thank You for the lessons You teach us everyday. Thank You for the trials You send. Thank You for being a God Who is just and righteous. Please comfort Janet and Peter as this new trials comes into their lives. Let them know that You are in charge! Help them to focus on You and that where You are, there is peace. Help them to weather this storm and come through it with a deeper love for You. Lord, sometimes You have to prune us so that we may bear more fruit, Thank You! Sometimes You send abrasive people into our path to soften US, Thank You! Sometimes we question Your motives and desires, but Lord, we know that through You we can do all things. Without You we can do nothing, not even draw our next breath! Thank You for being a God who cares for His children. Thank You for ALWAYS looking our for us. When we are confused and anxious, we need only give it over to You and You are bigger than any storm or trial. Nothing is too difficult for You, Lord. Hey Sharyn. I can definately see your perspective. My heart has been humbled by this. It is not as bad as we originally thought. As long as God has his way, that is all that I really care about. Let the eyes of heaven behold the Son of God manifested in Peter. Let your eye seek him out and show yourself strong on his behalf. Then will the evil eye of this supervisor or anyone else will not even look upon Peter any longer because he is surrounded by such cheer and such good report. Thank you Lord. WOO-HOO!! I love answered prayer! It inspires and encourages. Like when y'all asked for prayer in regards to the condo' and scroll down and BAM! a buyer! That is so cool! That is what this is about. Trusting, waiting and seeing the blessings God has for us.
I believe that things are never as bad as we initially think they are. But when we listen to that "other" voice, the one who lies and distracts us from God's voice, we get down-trodden, discouraged and broken. The more we fret, the louder his voice gets. Meanwhile God is showing and revealing His plan and Good News, but we are caught up in the enemy's web of lies.
I am happy that things are looking up for Peter. God has this all worked out; just wait and see!

Thanks so much everyone for your awesome prayers. Things have become a bit better over here. One of the other supervisors and a long time friend of mine was able to persuade that division chief to grant me some more duties and it looks likely that I will be mostly be working under the supervision of that friend. At least some positives came out of all this. As for the long run, I'm still seeking wisdom on where to go next. I still think I will be moving on to alternative employment at some point. Hello everyone. I am feeling very bitter towards the top boss in Peter's job even though I have never met the guy! He seems to ignore any positive reports, reviews or evaluations of Peter by his lower managers. He refuses to believe anything positive about Peter that they say of him, even though they are the ones who have witnessed his performance directly and not him. He seems to totally oppose and object to Peter advancing in his division. It's like he has something against him. He told the other supervisors "Well if he wants a promotion he should look for a job." This really insults me! This makes it appear that he's blaming Peter for his demise and placing him at fault and making him responsible, implying that he's not doing good enough and that he is undeserving and unworthy of getting ahead, thereby being against giving him the credit that is already due because he thinks he hasn't earned it. Satan wants me to remain angry and bitter at this man, whom I have never seen face to face. I wanted to give you specific information as to what it is that is making me feel angry. I know that I have an un-christian attitude towards this man. I need to let go and put this pain behind me. Peter is like my other half, and when someone else insults him, it insults me too. I know that we should not conform to the patterns of this world but be confident of who we are in Christ. That we are worthy in him and apporved by him. God is pleased with Peter. It should not bother us what man thinks. I need to be set free from this bitterness. It is causing me a lot of torment and pain that someone would despise my beloved Peter like that! I need words of reassurance and comfort as well as prayers for me to find peace and comfort about this. God Bless You All!

Dear sister in prayer' God has seen you and Peter through so many obstacles and I don't feel that He will forsake you now. While teaching a sunday school lesson about Job, I learned that God validated Job because he was a perfect and upright man. Truly God has validated you and Peter. Remain strong and courageous. The enemy is aware that there are many blessings in store for you and Peter. He wants you to lose focus, but YOU KNOW that the Lord is your source, your strength and your strong tower. Continue to trust in the Lord and fret not yourself of evil doers. Father god, I pray that you will give your daughter peace in the midst of this storm (which is only for a season. I now it is your will that the enemies be scattered. Do it now for them that they may look forward to wonderful days ahead. Hello Everyone! Peter just informed me that someone is backstabbing him and telling the big boss how slow and unproductive he is! The devil is at it again spreading false rumors and lies around the office stabbing my baby in the back! If anyone messes with Peter, they are messing with me! ROAR! I am very protective of my man! But the weapons I choose to use are spiritual ones. I pray for God to intervene and stamp out these false rumors once and for all! Enough is Enough! This has got to stop! Even though other managers are providing credible evidence, documentation and specific proof that Peter is an awesome worker and is very productive, the big boss chooses to believe this one backstabber over professionally prepared documentation. Peter can have 10 people advocating for him and standing up for him and have only one person badmouthing him and the big boss will believe that one person, even though its 10 against 1! This is how unreasonable this guy really is! Please pray for a hedge of protection over Peter and that these false lies do not cause Peter's job to go into jeopardy. No weapon formed against Peter shall prosper! I command the negative lies to stop in the name of Jesus! God Bless You All!

Now in this we msut be careful not to sin by doing ugly things to those people. My advice is dump heaps of hot coals on satans head by praying for this boss to be blessed by God. It works wonders for you and for Pete's boss. If you meet him in person be nice and remember we are to reflect Jesus and he is forgiving even when his children are hurt wrongfully.
