Please do not take an offense over being edited in this post, I often have to edit enthusiastic new Users. 
Please look over the "User Agreement" again and you will see where it states that we do not allow advertising and leading people off this site to other boards. This is a safety measure for our members, they can trust us not to allow anything that may be harmful to them in any way. There are alot of predators that use sites like this with their naive and trusting members.
That said let me tell you how to get permission from the Administration of this site to post about your site...
You need to Private Message (PM) 'JG' and introduce yourself to him, Jerry is the Founder and Administration for this Prayer Board.
Explain to JG about your site and why you want people from all over to join you.
Jerry will then let you know what you can do to get the word out about your site and he will let me know what to leave on the board for you.
