protection for business

Pray for my friend who has his own dump truck business. Yesterday, a driver caused approximately 30.000.00 in damages. He has been with the company for five years and as a result of this accident he has fired the driver.
Pray for protection for a most likely disgruntled man. Pray that his insurance costs dont go through the roof as this is the first accident that the business has had.
Pray that all the little details are taken care of .
