pray that I quit smoking COPD!

Please pray for me! I have to quit smoking as it is separating me from the Lord and I have been diagnosed with COPD! I have to quit and I need prayer. I can't do it without the Lord's help. I have several other health problems also, many in fact and am disabled and can't work. I can't gain a lot of weight either as my bones and joints cannot take it as i have to have shots in them to walk some days. I want to please the Lord and to totally give this up but it is a stronghold on me that needs the annointing to break the yoke of bondage. Thank you ahead of time for your prayers. thank you Lord for answering this prayer. may i have clean hands and a pure heart so i can glorify you in my life! Use me to help others to be free of this monkey on my back and be delivered of this filthy drug!

Lord Jesus I agree with chris, help him to stop smoking, Lord cause this craving to be gone, and bless with the williness to said no more cigarettes, Lord he is calling and asking for your help, Lord bless him with strength and will power to stop completely, and not even think or desire to smoke. break the stronghold, and the addiction, In Jesus name Amen

Thank you glo for your beautiful prayer. My real name is Crystal but sometimes I go by Chris. I am a 58 year old married woman living in the state of Illinois. I so appreciate your response to my cry and I pray in the name of Jesus that God will meet all your need and answer your prayers as well!
Thank you my brother or sister in Christ for praying for me and may your life be abuntandly blessed in Jesus Name! My doctor told me a year ago that i was going to be put on oxygen if i didn't quit soon! i choose to believe that the Lord will enable me to quit before it comes to that!

Lord, I cry out to you for Chris.

Help her, and give her strength.

Break the bondage that holds her and send her into a new and healthy life.

Surround her with people to help and encourage her.

Show her your mighty power and your great love and mercy.

I, too, am a 58 year old married woman living in a small town.

I, too, have had respiratory problems, and I know how hard that is.

I can't imagine how hard it must be to stop smoking, it must be incredibly difficult.

I have a heart to pray for you about this and I will do it.

Father, I stand in agreement for Crystal's health. Heal her of the desire to smoke and the effects that this habit has had on her body. Give her back freedom of movement without pain in her joints. Bring her body into the design that You decreed for her. In Jesus' Name I ask these things. Amen.

One of my best friends died of COPD at age 53.
she had immeadiatly quit smoking as well.
Give yourself a chance
The disease is progressive
so please put into place everything
you can to quit.
No smoking by anyone in your house or car
so you won't have that temptation.
Talk to your Doctor about medication
as well as therapies to help you
but do it quickly and do it now.
Choose Life

Jesus
Lord
I pray Chris stay strong and go through
the withdrawals of this addiction
to give herself a chance at life.
God give her a revulsion for cigarettes
Let her quit immeadiately
Help her overcome!!!
