I just received word from my home insurance that they will pay for a new roof for my house. The existing roof was getting toward its final stages. Some people see a hail storm as God's revenge on mankind. I see this as a blessing from Him. Thank You Father.

All things work to good of those that love the LORD, even hailstorms.
Bless you.

Thank you for sharing! I don't always get over here and read the praise reports. But reading these reports strengthens and encourages my faith. This is truly an amazing story!
I LOVE the way God works!!! God truly does work all things for the good of those who love Him! Yippee, is right!
I still remember the time I took four days off, so we could go to Third Day and stay overnight in a hotel and (and the two days off fell before my regular two days off).... and I was thinking to God that I wasn't sure how I was going to meet the bills, and it didn't seem fair to be "penalized" for going to Third Day.... and someone walked in (to Taco Time) and said, "Can we talk?" So, I went over to the side with him, and he pulled out two hundrede dollar billas and handed them to me!!!
Wow, God truly knows what we need before we ask Him!
The cool thing is, I can never figure out how he is going to do it. I will remember this person giving me money and remind God of that.... and it will come in some totally different way. But it always comes!!!
I heard a prophet named Timothy Sherman recently, and he said that the tithe (the FIRST TEN PERCENT OF INCOME) rebukes the devourer and that the offerings above that open the floodgates of heaven. So, as I keep on tithing and giving, I keep on getting miracles. Often they are in the Red Sea department, but I keep telling God it's like a wonderful adventure to see how He will meet my needs next. Every so often I write a list of all the current needs and then I put that list in the Bible at Malachi 3:10 & 11. As the needs get met, I cross them off the list....
Keep sharing!

Finding HIM in 2006

The strange thing about this is that I had thought that I needed to save for a new roof, and knew it would take a little time. I had prayed that the roof would last until I had the money to replace it.
