It has been extremely rough on me this past year that i have been here. The guys I work with are very verbal, not afraid to use profanity daily. And some do make the occasional sex comment. I am also married by the way. But this morning I had finally had it. I asked the one coworker to stop swearing at me or I would bring it to the HR department. He instead told me that if I began tattling I will very quickly lose my job and our boss won't stand for anyone tattling in our department. I sent my supervisor an email regarding this conversation and I am coveting your prayers in the hopes that I will have the Victory and will not lose my job. I love the job part of my job. It comes with a lot of free on the job training and I found that I really like learning about the PC world. There are even more strings attatched to this, housing for instance is provided by my department. And if i Leave my job i will lose my housing and housing is subsidized and i can't afford to lose it. We live in a rurl alaskan village where rent is attrocious!
Please pray that all goes well.....and for God to give me Direction and to guide my employers decision also. angie Kotzebue, ak |
