A Word From Che'ahn

Have you ever noticed that when you are in a meeting and the presence of God falls upon you (the glory!), you find it hard to be in disunity with anyone, even if you have struggled with the one next to you? Do you notice a Heavenly perspective where you see that God really is building His church and the Kingdom is indeed at hand?

Events at the Azusa Street Centennial

The recent events at the Azusa Street Centennial in Los Angeles, brought back that reality on a grander scale. Not only was the Harvest Rock Convergence Conference totally awesome, but what took place at every venue around the city by so many different streams of believers, is worth telling the whole world.

Because God used the city of Los Angeles in 1906 to widely birth speaking in tongues and the Holy Spirit falling on people en masse, expectations ran high as to what He would do in this Kairos hour. After all, the 1906 revival released the Pentecostal/Charismatic movement around the globe, that now numbers more than 600 million people second in size only to the Roman Catholic movement.

Rare unity and integration occurred during that time. As a newspaper of the day described "there were all ages, sizes, colors, nationalities and previous conditions of servitude." Reports say there were African Americans, Whites, Latinos, Japanese, Native Americans and others, who were worshipping, praying and experiencing the Holy Spirit together.

Now read this recent account of a real estate agent, who recently sent out this e-mail to friends as she attended one of the city-wide, week-long events at the Azusa Centennial. She was seated in Angeles Temple, where healer/revivalist Aimee Semple McPherson, used to preach three services a Sunday to 5,000 each. Countless people were saved and healed there in the early 1900's:

"The beautiful old building reverberated with the power of God as Darlene Zschech, flowing in such exhilarating freedom and passion, led us in intense worship unto Jesus. All around me people were weeping, dancing and praising as the Holy Spirit swooped down and drew us up in the beauty of passion and purity. My joy and freedom was restored in that place."

"For months, I had been plodding through a dry season. With the pureness and unfeigned love that was flowing as thousands from around the world worshiped as one, the Lord restored PASSION to my tired heart. Such freedom to dance, and the power of the Holy Spirit was intense and very, very sweet. Behind me, three Japanese teenage boys were weeping and calling out to God."

She continues: "The wonderful thing about the Centennial is the coming together of many streams of the Body. Cindy Jacobs, Robert Stearns and Lou Engle were here, along with Dr. Bill Hamon, Rod Parsley, Benny Hinn and many, many more. Kenneth Copeland, Creflo Dollar and Jane Hansen from Womens Aglow International were also present."

(My note: These are all recognized leaders in America that have released faith, revival, worship, healing, prophecy and liberty to women, to our nation and the world for many, many years.)

"This is so sweet; I just want it to go on and on, as we continue to climb higher in the Spirit, and the streams to converge in unity in LA...."

Get Ready for Your Convergence with Glory!

I don't believe this convergence is just for this city at this time, but look for it all across the nations. The heart of Jesus is eager to see His bride maturing and looking expectantly for Him; and He is pouring out that glory that makes us one and exponentially multiplies our labors of love.

It is like the difference between the power of one river versus the flow of mighty rushing rivers, where many rivers have run together. The Kingdom is here with power and might! I believe God has added so much revelation in the last century, that the outgrowth of this convergence can only mean revival is at hand.

Receive your anointing from the flow and go forward! I impart to you--all that God released in the Spirit in this City of Angels--that you might be a contagious carrier now to everyone within your sphere of influence and those to whom the Lord will yet send you! Go forth with His Kingdom in this--empowered with the joy and revelation He has given and glorify Him! The books He will yet open and read will tell of your success!

May the Lord bless and increase the river that is flowing through you and your love, prayer, and commitment to HIM. There are nations and neighbors waiting for us all!
