There is a woman who has had a life time full of rejection. she was born out of wedlock to a woman who did not want her ( she told her that she wanted to abort her but it was illegal) The child was placed in foster care. She does not know who named her, her birth mom later asked her who named her, she had always thougth that she had, but she didn't. Anyway the girl was sexually abused at the age of eight until she ran away at fifteen. Her step father, denied that he did it and her foster mother believed it, she married him after the girl had told him. The girl ran away and then she was picked up handcuffed by police and taken to a group home. There she told what happened to her. An investigator came and spoke with her and told her that she (investigator) had spoken with her family. she said that the girls step father cried and said he did not know why the girl would lie on him. She was told that if her foster father was implicated he would go to jail. That scared the girl, she loved her dad and she did not want him to go to jail she just wanted him to stop and for things to go back the way they were before he started abusing her. She ran away from the group home. She ran because she did not want to see her dad go to jail and also because she had met a friend and she wanted to go and stay with her. She had also met a young man. When she was at her friends she went to visit the young man, he ended up attempting to rape her and beating her. Once he choked her and she almost past out. She left him alone, but whenever he saw her he would try and beat her. When out there, she was beat up by a adult woman, someone had told the woman she liked her boyfriend it was untrue. She was beaten up many times by different woman. She was fifteen and very beautiful. She ended up in a relationship with a young man who was twenty. She gave herself to him, after a short while he dropped her. She was heart broken so she slit her wrist. she lived. Later she took alot of prescription pills, but she made it thru. She began to experiment with alcohol at fifteen by seventeen she was a full blown alcoholic. At the age of fifteen she was discoverd by a modeling agency, she performed in local shows. after going thru so much she went back home trying to make things work, she got back into school, got a part time job at mcdonalds, and continued modeling. She tried to change to make her foster mother happy, but her foster mother and her husband continued to treat her the same, except for the sexual abuse. Her step dads son would come over and get drunk and try to beat her up, but his girl friend would hold him back. There she heard her dad tell her foster mother that he seen her on a street prostituting which was not true. He deliberately lied on her. She was traumatized by that comment. She wanted her foster mother to leave him but she never did. Her foster mother along with her friend called social services and had her kicked out. She had just tried out for a major modeling agency. Later she was to find out that she made it. She was seventeen and three months from being eighteen. The social worker place her in a group home. They told her that she had to get a job and make plans to get and apartment. She was afraid. By then she had suffered alot of emotional trauma. She was nervous all the time. Her spirit was broken. She ended up running away with another girl, they headed to NY, but ended up elsewhere. They hitchhiked the rigs. The trucker would ask for sex, her friend would always sleep with them, when they requested her, her friend would tell them she did not do that. One trucker would not take no for an answer, he said that he wanted her, or no ride. They were out on the highways, so she slept with him. He was an old man,, but she closed her eyes, and shut her heart and shut it out of her mind. She programmed herself to act as if it never happened. They ended up in another state. There they moved in with a man. Later her and her friend got into a fight and they parted ways. The next time they would see each other would be in holding cell. She would drink alot, and was very depressed. Later she parted ways with the man. He tried to sleep with her when she was asleep and she awaken to it. She ended up homeless. She lived in a abandon apartment, she slept in the closet. She took baths in swimming pools. She sold her body, so that she could have food, clothing and alcohol. She ended up in jail many times for fighting, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, stealilng, public intoxication. She began to date a man who was eleven years older than her. she was seventeen, he was twenty eight. He was from another country . She opened up her heart to him one day in a letter an told him what happened to her as a child. He ended using against her. He would tell her, her foster parents were right she was lieing. He would talk about her to her foster mother on the phone. She would just cry and cry and cry. He cheated on her beat her. But she kept going back to him because she loved him. He would have sex with her for two weeks to a month and then kick her out. THis went on for over a year. He heart was broken and it got to the point where she would just shake all the time and if she wasnt drinking she could not cope. she ended up in a mental ward later. and treatment centers. She had not been able to have children so she would carry a picture of a baby around and say it was hers. Later she became pregnant by the older man. He bought her a pregnancy test and it came out positive. she was happy. a few days later, her boyfriend started a fight with her. He would do things when he had plans of kicking her out. He liked alot of women. He was tired of her for now. So they argued and he kicked her out. It was during the winter, and there was blizzard outside. She cried on the stairway. He locked his door to his apt, walked up to her with a smile and told her she forgot something. He gave her a dirty toothbrush. He walked off laughing. She said that she would never go back to her foster family, but she had nowhere to go, so she called her foster mom and asked her could she come back. She said yes. She said in a prievious conversation on the phone that she ( foster mom) had forgiven her. She went back. As she walked down the dirt road she herd her dog barking, as she walked up to the property her dog jumped up with joy. He was happy to see her. She could not believe that he remembered her, but he did. Well, she went to the doctor, got on wic and made sure that she ate right because she wanted her baby to be in excellent health. She did every thing to love the child in her woumb. She loved the unborn child. Things were still the same except for her foster mother, she was not angry like she used to be. She took care of her. Her foster father was the same, but different he had gotten older and his teeth were rotting. He was no longer a deacon and treasure in the church they used to go too together. He was drinking and staying out alot. Her mother had become legally blind from cattaracts ( she could see some). She also had gotten older and her teeth were falling out also. She felt sorry for them. One day, she was laying on the floor pregant looking at television, her f father came in intoxicated and tried to lay by her on the floor. Her f mother was sitting on a chair, she got up and reached for her husband and dragged him across the floor. She began to see that the girl did not lie. The girl had her baby, she was still in love with the man in the other state. but he was no where around, they could not get incontact with him until days after the baby was born. She named the baby herself, trying to do the right thing, she named the baby after the babies father. She ended up going back to him with the baby. He wanted her back. He told her that he gotten the babie a crib and clothes. When she arrived he did not have anything for the child. Later they got into a fight and this time a lady saw him beat her in the face with his fist. she called the police and he was arrested. When he got out he turned the phone and electricity off to move her out. He went to call her family and tell them that she was causing trouble and he was sending her back. During the phone call, they told him that her f. father had died. She went to the phone booth and called them. They told her that he was hit by a car, while walking home from a bar. He died on the spot. She was shocked, she had mixed emotions. She went back and she could tell that no one wanted her there. Later her nephew made it very clear that they did not want her there. She cried and cried. Days later she left her daughter with her brother, she was gonna go driving with her fathers friend. She needed to drink and he drank. so they drove around drinking He let her drive. they were pulled over, she had a blue warrant in the other state. They arrested her. Later she was extradited. Her foster mother brought her daughter to see her one time, gave her sixty dollars and told her she could not do anything else for her. She never saw her foster mother again. She died four years later. The girl found out in jail that she was pregnant. She had gotten pregnant in a one night stand with a young man who had really liked her, but she never liked him would never sleep with him, but at that time she had changed and needed to drink so she slept with him hoping that he would by her more alcohol. She became pregnant. She stayed in the jail for the majority of her pregnancy. she got out and had a son. She went back to the older man, told him that it was his child. He believed her and when it was time for her to give birth, the nurse asked him to stay, he really tried hard to get out of it. But finally he did. He was happy because it was a boy. Later at his apt. A girl called and told her that he was cheating on her. He was. She became angry and told him that he was a fool, that the child was not his. They parted ways. I have gone on and on... So i will just make it shorter.... THe girl ended up having four more children. She ended up in and out of trouble, her children were taken. ( the ones that were with her) After many attempts of trying to stay sober in treatment centers. She just couldnt she would get certifiates for mother, of the week, client of the week, first to go to college for a new program. She had also mananged to go to school and get a job as a receptionist for a CPA firm, but she just could not stay sober. Finally she lost everything. The social services said that they had worked with her for the longest trying to help her with her sobriety, but it was no longer about her. It was about the kids. ( she was in a treatment center , felt sick, sighned papers for other client to watch her children, but on the way their she had an urge to go to a place where she used to hang out. She went did not want to drink, but ended up drinking.) she became intoxicated, went back to the treatment center, caused a rucous they had her arrested.. Her children were taken into custody. She ended up getting out and getting drunk. She was sick with fear, anxiety, shame, guilt. She could not understand why she could not stop drinking, she had been to treatment centers, seen psychiatrist, taken pills, followed the rules. But she could not stop drinking. She went ran into a man who was homosexual, she was sick, he took her into his apt. and tried to help her. she just kept vomiting. She told him what had happend he asked her if she knew anyone that could help her, she did and he called her. THe lady came and picked her up and took her home. She ran bath water for her and stayed in and watched her The young woman thought the lady was gay and trying to mess with her, but she wasnt she was trying to make sure she did not hurt herself. Afterward she went down stairs, the lady held her in her arms. The young lady felt uncomfortalble. but she let her hold her. She asked her what she was afraid of, she said of waking up tomorrow. The next afternoon she awoke and the lady was at work. THe girl thought about running away, but she couldnt because she just had to see what was going to happen to her children. She was paranoid and had delerium tremors. She needed a drink, there was a bottle of champain on the mantle, she knew that was saved from her friends marriage, so she did not drink it. ( she looked back at that and saw that there was still some good in her) So she looked for rubbing alcohol, she could not find any, but she found some net hair spray, she red the label and saw that it was fourty percent alcohol. she mixed it with water and drank it. It worked. Later she drank some mouth wash. She recieved a phone call from her friend she had called social services and they told her that the girls chances of getting the children back were slim to zero. She was heart broken. THe lady that helped her later told her she could stay with them, but something in the girl was changing, she did not want to lean on her. She said she would go to this home that was in the ghetto. It was place for alocholics. It was in the poor part of town. The girl never went to that part of town because she sait people there were to broke and too stingy. She looked down on them. She had a arrogant attitude about her despite what had become of her.But this time, she went. She did not like it at first because it drabby and, smoke filled and had shabby furniture. but she stayed. One thing she noticed about the people there is they appeared to be nice, loving. They did not judge her. They welcomed her. She at that time really could not hold her head up, eat and it was hard for her to be balanced when she walked. But they never made fun of her, they never judged her. They accepted her. She began to open up a little. She talked to the counselor there, the counselor lifted her chin and told her something that left a lasting impression. He said that she was not a bad person, she had just done bad things. She had a glimmer of hope. He asked her what she was afraid of she said that she was afraid of people. afraid to speak. She did not want to go around the people in the meetings. she was to shaky, paranoid. She said she could not talk in those meetings. He said she did not have to, just say her name and tell them that she was afraid. She did exactly that. To her surprise no one judged her. They smiled and clapper for her and began to share about thier fears. They hugged her. She began to hear about God, she had been raised in the church since she was a child. she believed being saved was being baptised. BUt these people talked about a God as if he were there. She would talk to her friend who took her there, she asked her how can you believe in a God that you can not see, touch, feel or hear. She said She just had to have faith a small as a mustard seed. She heard one man say that if you have a crack in your skull and the sunlight can get in it, thats how much faith you can have. One person said that you believe that the sun is comming up you have faith, you believe that a flower blooms you have faith. Well, despite every thing that was being said she just could not seem to comprehend God. Her life had fallen apart, her children were gone, she loved them but pretty much anyone that knew her past would argue differently because of her past actions. But in her heart she knew she loved her kids, and nothing could be done to get them back. One night she was laying on the top bunk bed in the home, and she had thoughs racing thru her mind, she was full of fear, and torment, alot of pain and hopelessness, her heart was broken. she could not stop thinking about her kids, her life. She felt as if there was not help as if she was boxed in and there was no way out, so she cried to this God and asked him to help her. At that moment he spoke to her, but not in the way that humans talk, it was as if she was looking at a tv that was on a fuzzy channel , and electricity in the middle. She under stood what He was saying.... just a little belief, just a little belief. From that night on she knew He was real. She was no longer tormented. She kept praying and talking to God. Later she went to a foundation for the homeless to get some food. As she sat in the chapel talking to God a minister came to her and asked her would she like to accept Jesus Christ, immediately she went. She accepted Him, and afterward she was baptised. She went to court, before the judge, the social services with thier attorney told the judge that thier plans were to terminate her parental rights. The young lady brokedown crying, she could not stop crying and looking at the judge. The judge looked at her and asked her if she were part native american, she said she believed so , the judge asked social services if they were aware of this and if so, did they know which tribe she belonged to and had they notified them. Thier answer was yes. The judge asked them if they had given her any of the information, thier response was no. The judge became infuriated and told them to get copies of the paper work for the tribal affiliation. and give it to her. One of the persons ( a man )ran out the court room to make copies. They gave them to her. The judge looked at the girl and told her to do with it as she would and she did. Later the counselor at the home where she was staying to her that her plate was full and in order for her inventory to be complete she was gonna have to know why her birth mother gave her up. THe young lady left out of the office stomped. She had no idea how or where to contact her birth mother. Six months later, she ended up on a reservation, in a treatment center for native american women ( she did not take thier work to heart, she had discovered God. He was all that she wanted, but social services wanted her their, so she went). There while working on her inventory, one of the house monitors knocked at her door and told her , her mother was on the phone. She told her her mother had passed away. THe lady just looked at her, and said... well, I dont know. It turned out it was her birth mother. Her birth mother had told her why she gave her away, she told her she wanted to abort her but it was illegal. She was not hurt, she was just relieved that she was honest with her. It also turned out her b mom was an active alcoholic. She was intoxiated. ( about a year later, she found out her birth mother stopped drinking) anyway she put everything on her inventory. that was that. They spoke for a little while, but ended up seperating until many years later. There is so much more to tell, but. I will stop here. The young lady, has gone thru alot and she is saved, but at times she is so hurt because up unitil this day her birth family and foster family ostracize her. Her two oldest children were never given back to her, her foster sister kept them even after she knew she had changed. She said her foster sister would tell her that she was just helping her, not trying to take her kids. She never believed that she was, but that is exactly what she did. she teaches them to dishonor her and to hate the children that she has. THe foster sister is mad because she said that she caused her mother alot of pain, and that She lied on her mom and her step dad. she tells the ladies children that her mom and step dad were and idea couple and that she was just a problem child. Anyway, THe young lady has definately changed she has been saved and sober for twelve years. The children that she is raising are some of the most sweetest children that I have ever met. As for her birth mother, she had made it very clear that she does not know her and that she did not want her. Her b mom had another child that she gave up for adoption. She told her b daughter that when she was contactacted years ago about the child she had given up, she was excited until she found out it was her. She sent her b mom a photo of her, she wrote back and told her she was beautiful, she would enjoy comparing notes with her other child, (the one that she kept because she was married.) She said she was not only beautiful but smart too. She told her she had always been responsible for her kids. Her bmom is abusive towards her. She gets hurt over the things that she says, so she pretty much decided to leave the relationship alone, because her b mom causes too much pain. The Bmom talks about the lord but for some reason she does not see when she is wrong. She always compares her to the daughter that she kept. They all look down on her. THe most amazing thing about it is even though she has gone thru so much , it does not look like it. I believe that her b mom is very jealous of her and wanted the worst for her, but God saw differently, but non the less, I do not even know if anyone will read all of this, but if by chance, or a miracle you do. Please pray that my friend be delivered from the curse of rejection and abuse. Please pray that God would severe her soul ties and relations to those who meen her harm, and to only allow those who He would have in her life to be there. Also to heal her completely from everything that has harmed her, all thoughts from the past, give her a heart of complete forgivness towards everyone that has cause her pain and toward herself. and bless her and her children to have people placed in their life that He wants there. |

Today is my first day here, as a result, this is my first post. I am really in need of a lot of sincere prayer. First things first, I am unemployed at the present. Though I am a college graduate, I am catching the devil landing a full-time job with benefits. I am a single parent, with a nine year old healthy and vibrant daughter. I have been sincerely searching for full-time employment since May of this year, and I still am searching very hard. I pray that full time work will come my way. My family is currently undergoing tremendous stress. During the first week of June, my father's youngest sister, my aunt lost her battle with cancer. While we in Michigan attending her funeral, my father became ill. Upon returning home, he went to the hospital only to find out that he was suffering from a leaking anurysm (brain attack), and he spent one day in I.C.U. here in my hometown. The very next morning he was transported by ambulance to a hospital in a neighboring state. Once there, a day passed, and he was prepped for emergency surgery. He spent a total of eight days in I.C.U. Thank God that he made a miraculous recovery. He is now at home, and has resumed his regular activities with caution. While there at the hospital, I met a super young man. I really believe that the Lord brought him into my life. I had been single/lonesome for over a year. The young man and I get alone so well that it's almost erie. Many of the people in I.C.U. Waiting seemed to have thought that it was love at first sight. To make a long story short, we've been dating for a month now, and get along great. I keeping looking for his ways to change, but they have not thus far. He seems to be a very Christian young man, etc. I am at a point in my life that I am the happiest that I have been since the birth of my little girl some nine years ago. My mother and father are crazy about him. To be around us, you would actually think that we have been together at least five years or longer. He came along just when I had all but given up on men, as well as decided that I would live my life with my daughter ONLY !!!! (The men in my hometown are sad !!!!!) I had vowed that I would live the rest of my life as a bachelorette if I had to settle for someone like one of the guys at home. Tonight my guy informed me that he is about to switch occupations, for an increase in pay. Eventhough he was employed, it seems that he was losing more than gaining in pay. He is currently experiencing a financial crisis, and it is extremely urgent that he dissolves this issue. The problem is that he has a lack of funds. I don't have any idea of how to help him without giving him half of what I have, and insulting his manhood. He just keeps emphasizing that he will be okay, but I hate to see him under so much stress and pain. He has no money, so he has not eaten in a day or two. I actually do love my guy, and I want to help him as much as possible, but I do not want to "butt in", because I sense that he wants to handle this on his own. We talked tonight, and I informed him that I am here for him, and that I'd pray for him as well. Would you be so kind as to pray for the both of us, and our families as well ? Please pray that our courtship will develop into a lifelong marriage and friendship. He really compliments me, as I do him. Do you think that I was wrong to even think about sending him some money ??? |
