intoxicating dream

I dreamed that I and my children were at a gas station. There was a black out. We were sitting in our car. The only light that there was, was the headlights of an automobile that was parked in back of us.
I left my car and went to what appeared to be an old house with a long hall way. It was in back of the gas station.
When I went in I saw to men. They were comming from an entrance in the hall. The entrance had a green wool army blanket on it. It seemed to have been tacked over the door.
As they approached me they had a smile on thier face. They were excited. They were talking about someone in the other room. They said " whew, he sure does know how to pray, something to the effect of having a powerful annointing." Anyway , I became very interested. So I started walking towards the entrance. As I walked I started feeling this intoxicating, mesmerizing feeling. It was like drugs.
I went into the entrance. On the left hand side there was a door. The closer I walked to the door the more powerful the feeling. I opened the door just in time to see a man sitting on anothers mans lap. It appeared as if he had his pants down, but when they saw me, he immediately pulled them up.
I began to look around the room. I noticed on the right hand side on the wall there were scriptures from the bible that were written in old english style. Underneath the scriptures there was a peramid. It had an eye on the inside of it. These two men became alert and started chasing me with a knife. I ran out the room, out the door and down the hall way. I got away.
I woke up that night in a frenzy. My heart was beating rapidly.
I would like an interpretation of this dream. Thanks

My thoughts and I'm not saying that this is exactly what your dream means.
The blanket covering the door keeps light out. You go and and see these men doing something that is not right. It seems you let light into a dark place and saw what wrong things that these "annointed men of God" where doing. They chased you with a knife because you saw them and you found out the truth. They obviously wanted to silence you. I also think with with scripture on the walls that you'd gone into a church but with the pyramid with the eye, I'm assuming it's like the one on the dollar bill, it might be a false church or some kind of man made temple for a cult. Or the perversion of a house of God. I think these "annointed men of God" had the look of holiness and the men leaving had been deceived. You went in and saw the truth. OR these men who left saw what was going on between the two guys and called a perversion "holy" in a sense.
I've been feeling for the past couple years that God has been cleaning out His church. You can look at what's been happening in the Roman Catholic Church for the past few years as an example of this. It's not just happening in the RCC but all across the board with the different denominations.
Your dream might be tying in with a related kind of message?
I don't know exactly what your dream meant but like I said this is the thoughts I had while reading your post.

Interesting story! My antennaes went up as soon as I read about the "annointed" red cloth.
It makes me sad when people misuse the Christian faith. I also marvel how people have the gall to do such things in Gods name. Did you ever see Kingdom of Heaven starring Orlando Bloom and Liam Neeson? If not there's a scene where the kings men are in court and they want to wage a war instead of keeping peace. They kept shouting "God wills it!" over and over as if to bully the king into letting them have their war. It made me sick inside to hear that since I know that so much wrong has been done with the excuse of "God wills it!".
And that man obviously had not read his Bible and if he had he was ignoring alot of it. God being our heavenly father encourages us to ask Him questions and the like. He's a God of conversation. Look at the relationship David and Moses had with Him! Good golly that old man you talked to was off his rocker!
I'm sorry that happened to you but I'm gald you learned something from it!
