hey, ive been depressed and feeling all weird the past 2-3 weeks. my depression started like 1.5-2 years ago but ive been on meds and it simmered for a bit. then the last 2 weeks have been weird, no idea why.

i just feel like i need a word from the lord....thanks for spending the time and praying for people on this site, i know i like people praying for me in hard times, it means a lot to me. because when all hope is gone, jesus is always there and will always be. god bless

I think i prayed for you yesteday but I am more than glad to pray for you again.

i noticed that you are reaching out to others and praying for them and that is one of the best things you can do for the Lord will honor you for praying for others in your time of need.

Check your heart and spirit Quinn and see if there could be any thing that is not quite right in the sight of the Lord.

I suffered many years of depression and the Lord healed and delivered me from it in 86 and showed me I had many iniquities of the heart. He cleansed my heart and set me free. that may not be the case with you but it is always good to check our spirit to make sure.

I was filled with unforgiveness, bitterness, anger, hatred, guilt, shame, rejection, fear, torment on and on.

i am sorry to say that I have allowed a lot of them to come back and now I suffer with many different diseases in my body due to it. The Lord has been dealing strongly with me and showing me sins in my heart that once again need to be recognized, confessed, repented of, renounced and resisted once again.

If we are not careful, the enemy is so sly and we may not be sinning out in the world but our hearts can become impure and full of sin. I let my guard down through several painful trials and tribulations and just let my spiritual life be neglected and it resulted in my intense need for the Lord to cleanse, forgive and heal me once again.

I pray I will be spiritually smarter and wiser from now on for I have allowed the enemy to ensnare me once again but praise the Lord, He is a God of second and third chances and He is the one whom knows our hearts and desires and He know mine is truly to follow and please only Him.

I pray Lord Jesus that you would minister to Quinn through your holy spirit of love and grace. Show him Father if there is something that may be awry in his spirit man and show him the way of escape. You promised in your word Jesus that you will make a way of escape for us as your children whom want to be faithful and obedient to you and your will and your way.

Set him free from all the chains that bind him and release him from all demonic curses that have been spoken over him by himself or others.

Enable him to totally love and forgive himself and others Jesus and that you in turn will also forgive him of all his trespasses. Your word says we must forgive others, ourselves and (sometimes even you Father for we blame and resent you for our suffering and distresses,) before you can forgive us.

May the spirit of truth be made known and real to Quinn that he might seek your face until he touches the hem of your garment and would be made whole and one in you.

Deliver him from double-mindedness Jesus and he would allow you to rule and reign alone in his heart and Quinn will be made one in you and you alone.

thanks a lot for praying 4 me chris. i dont know if smoking weed would have caused this to happen or not. i smoked weed on the weekend twice. but it happened before that. im not sure if its a sin to smoke weed either, i think its moreso what you do while your high? no idea. im on antidepressants too.

i pray that you reveal your lovely spirit to chris and show him more of you lord jesus, touch him so gently with your lovely spirit of peace and tranquility.

Thank you for your prayer for me. I appreciate your response and reply.

I know nothing about marijuana Quinn other than it is illegal. I tried it one time many, many years ago before I was born again and in the family of God. Praise the Lord, it did nothing for me as I have been cursed with an addictive spirit and cigarettes, food and shopping has been my sins steming from a lack of love for myself, others and the Lord.

Looking to other things to satisfy me where there is no relief. There is nothing or no one that can meet the inner needs of our heart and soul but Jesus Christ alone.

I am praying, believing and thanking the Lord for deliverance from cigarettes as this has been a stronghold on my life for many years. I know without a shadow of a doubt that when I seek His face, realize I have things i need cleansed of, confessed, repented and resist, the Lord will deliver me of any need of anything or anybody but Him. i already know of many things in my heart that i am dealing with and want gone out of my life.

Weed, as you called it, is illegal and I have heard also is terrible on the lungs. so is smoking as well. I want rid of anything and everything that grieves the heart of God in my life.
I want to be of free spirit in Him and joyful in Him and of no synthetic or fake and false highs. He is the one that is the most high and in his presence there is a peace, a joy, a high like no other for He is the one that can take us higher than anything else in this world.

If you have not experienced being in His presence where there is peace and fullness of joy, you are missing out on the greatest knowing and sensing of his perfect love and the greatest high any drug could begin to touch.

I pray Quinn you would seek His face and find His presence knowing without a doubt that you truly have touched the hem of His garment and have seen the face of God. there is nothing like it and when you enter into His presence, you will find you do not want to leave and hours can go by just basking in and allowing Him to accept and love on you as no other can.

I pray this for you Quinn that you will find and know our God the Father in Jesus name and that you will see and know for yourself how awesome, mighty and powerful His presence is! You will never be the same and you will want more of Him after you once sense Him and know He is real and alive and everloving! His presence can be found in your own home, by yourself, just seeking His face and calling on His holy name.

He will make himself real to you Quinn and i promise you that you will find smoking weed as you call it, (i am of the older generation) nothing in comparison to the holy and powerful presence of the holy spirit through Jesus Christ the son! Jesus is not illegal and will not land you in jail for being in his presence and his love and presence is free for the asking. His holy spirit will lead and guide you into all truth and knowing His truth will set you free.

He paid the price on the cross that we might have salvation so it isn't totally free for He paid the price that we might freely know and love him and can enter into His loving presence.

Marijuana affects the ability of the brain and when high, you are left open to the wiles of the devil. It is also a depressant. So if you are already battling depression it will excerbate it.

Here is the key to depression, " Clinically speaking depression is a result of a chemical imbalance in th body produced by confllict at the spirit or soul level in which the limbic system responds to this stress and the depression is a result of the chemical imblance produced by the body in response."

Therefore, what issues are left unresolved in you life? Do you have wounds that have never healed, only scabbed over?

You are not unworthy. You are priceless and much loved by the heavenly Father. There is purpose for your life and your life is important to the kingdom of God. Don't ever think of checking out because we would be left with a great loss. You can trust the Heavenly Father, He will never leave nor forsake you, because I sense loss in your life, you have not been abandoned or forsaken.

Father, right now Quin needs a father's touch, may YOur love invade his very soul, body and spirit. May revelation of the Father's love permeate his very being, let your peace overwhelm him. I speaking healing to his mind, will and emotions. I speak to the brain and the chemicals in the brain to come into alignment with how God created the brain to function. Loose old wounds, wrong mindsets that exalt themselves against the word of. I come against addiction and curse it at its root. I plead the the blood of Christ over Quinn's mind. I declare his brain is sound and functions perfectly in the name of Jesus. Father I thank you for victory in Quinn's life.!!!
