Please pray about my job/family

I am not completely happy in my work these days. I have a boss that is new and he and I don't click. I am sure he is not a Christian. He rarely speaks to me, gives me no feedback, encouragement, etc. I had my annual review 6 months late and my score went down instead of up. That bothers me since I give 100% or more to my work, really care about my job, etc. The thing that really bothers me is that he doesn't even know what I do since he doesn't take the time to get to know me, my dept. I manage, etc.

The most troubling thing about the review for me was that he said I need to relax more, have more fun at work and exude more confidence in the knowledge and skills I have. We are currently going through an audit and in all honesty it does worry me, but I have taken proactive steps to work on areas we can improve upon, etc. He was critical about my concerns in this area. He said it is all part of business, etc. I explained I feel it is important that I do my very best to protect my employers, staff, etc. and that is why I felt so much concern as well as the fact that it came on the heals of some very stressful events in my life (two deaths, son and grandchildren moved in since his wife died at the age of 24,etc.).

It bother's me that there is no encouragement or understanding from him or appreciation for the sacrifice and hard work in spite of everything else going on in my life. As I said we don't click...none the less, I need to respect him and treat him respectfully - please pray for me in this area and also for wisdom on how to proceed. I am wondering if I need to start looking for other work or simply stick around and learn from this (as well as be willing to be further refined by the Lord). It is my hearts desire to be able to stay home and care for my two grandchildren (ages 4 and 6)who both have cystic fibrosis and their mother has died. Please pray for me that God would direct me in my work, home, finanically, etc.

Lord, I ask for your wisdom to flow here.

I ask that divine order will open and close doors and show her just what she should do.

Please speak to her with great clarity.

I ask for peace and good communication for her at work.

Bless your daughter with favor,Father God and give her the strength to wait on you for guidance and direction. I know that you have not forsaken her. Give her inner peace and self assurance because she is doing her job well and to know that you WILL give her victory in this situation. Bless her to be at home with her family in your divine will and time. In the name of Jesus.

Thanks Rachel and Beverly for your prayers. I had a restless night's sleep - so today is going to be rough! I know God is going to help me in all of these things and appreciate your support in praying with me on this matter.
