New Internet connection at home. Problems

Hello Shawn. I just subscribed to Comcast High Speed Internet and used it to access Annointed.net instead of AOL dialup like I have been using. I noticed that some but not all of the icons are xed out. The avitars and some of the smilies do not display. Where do you think the problem is? Do you think I should contact Comcast? It doesn't make sense that having a diffrent connection would cause some of the icons to disappear if I am using the same browser. Are there some icons or pictures on different severs that my comcast ip address can't access? I don't get it.
