Jerry,

I want you to know that I am praying for you. I am praying for your trip to S. Africa. I pray over every message I see from you, because I know it's something special for you to stop in and speak to us personally!

This IS war. You're right. And I will not stop praying for you--or the receptiveness of those you come before. This is a pretty big pebble to drop in the pond, and who knows how far the waves will go?

I know I have not done my best to speak up as a leader. I'm not even really sure if I am a leader--if I'm one of the ones you were meaning. But I have to say...I don't feel like prayer is really effective if you're wrenching it out of people, tying their hands together, and threatening to take away their threads if they don't type out the prayers you want to see in great enough volume. I don't think you want to start posting "Must be this spiritually enlightened to enter" signs on this site.

Maybe you don't realize that what you said came off that way. Maybe no one will tell you that. But I personally have felt that way. I would never have expected such a post from the Leader of the leaders here...I was pretty surprised, and shocked. I don't want people who don't understand spiritual warfare to be chased away by this...but I can see where they would be.

What you said was understandable. You are right to rebuke us where we have been neglecting the call God has on us. But that one post was really more threatening than anything. Is there another way to ask for what you need?
