David was involved in a Car Accident 12/23/05, caused by a driving going the wrong way on a freeway off ramp. David slid into the mini van in front of him when it slammed on it's brakes due to the oncoming car. David's small pickup was lighter than the mini-van and slid on the wet pavement into the back of the van.

Our insurance company has said the car accident was David's fault, stating he should have been going 35 on the off-ramp (even though the accident happened immediately at the turn onto the off ramp from the freeway) David had not had time yet to slow down.

Also, the van he slid into was driven by the niece of the owners, but the owners are trying to say it was the wife of the owner, so something is not right there either.

David is only 19, and was 18 when this happened, and I believe he is being taken advantage of because he is a teenager. He was just driving home from work when this happened. My husband and I were at the accident scene and can verify where vehicles parked, and who was driving the van. The police officer told David it was NOT his fault.

Please intercede for David, and pray that the truth comes out, and that David is not held responsible for something that was beyond his control.
