Dave drinks too much

My buddy Dave won't give his drinking to Jesus. He knows it is wrong and is keeping him from going all the way with the Lord but Dave is just being stubborn. Pray for Dave to change his ways.

I release Dave to you, Lord.
I ask you to let his sin burden him and let all others be silent.
I bless Dave to be saved, healed and delivered.
And I bless Ronald and ask you to give him the desires of his heart.

Lord Jesus I place David in your hands, Lord soften his heart, break the stubborness, and do whatever you have to do, to cause him to let go of the drinking and put you first. In Jesus name Amen

Dear Lord, set Dave free! I pray that he will not let drinking seperate him from You! Show him plainly that YOU alone are the answer to whatever drives him to drink. Heal his heart, mend his wounds, fill the empty places in him.... Bring him to WHOLENSS in You. Let him know only YOU can do for him what he wants alcohol to do for him. Set him free of his need for alchohol, by showing him hsi need for You. Make him desperate for You, YOU alone! In Jesus Name, amen.

God if it be Your will that we pray for you to fix someone else's behavior that is offensive then so be it. I have found it to be more effective to pray that You would change me so that I am not offended by what my brother does. Lord, let us not look at the speck in our brother's eye and fail to see the plank in our own!

Heavenly Father, I lift Dave to You. I ask You to cure him of his addictions. To wipe clean his slate. I pray he develop a hunger for You and Your word. I pray You lead him to the path he is to follow, and I pray he doesn't stray from that path. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
