Pray My Daughter won't go to jail

Please,Please help me pray for my daughter. (23 years old)
Her and a friend of hers got a hold of another friend,s checkbook and
started forging her name on them. Now she has been charged with forging
100.00 and some in checks. She admits to doing it and feels very bad for doing it, but understands that it is too late to go back. The Judge told her the maximum she could get was 5 years and one thousand dollar fine or the minimum which was no jail time and five hundred dollar fine. Right now she is charged with a C felelony. she has not yet talked to her lawyer. She is hoping the lawyer will help her change her charge to a misdemeanor.
Please pray that she gets a good lawyer and that she gets no jail time. She is in the Army reserve and has a baby. She was raised as a born again christian. WE NEED A MIRACLE!!!!

Lord, I pray for true repentance, that she will not go back and do this or similar again. I pray she is not just sorry she was caught, but is sorry before You that she sinned. I pray for heart cleansing and renewed relationship with You.
Work in this situation in a way most benefincial to all, something very hard for us to know or understand. Looking back we may see it, but in the midst of the problem, we think You aren't even working. Lord, let this daughter put all trust in You, regardless of how things seem to be going. You are not so interested in our comfort and ease, as You are in our gaining of eternal life.... We must trust You always and lean not on our OWN understanding.
I ask that this child of hers is kept safe and that her mother can remain in the army reserves. Let this child be able to stay with her mother. Let her mother not receive the maximum sentence. That is what I pray -- yet, let all things be done according to Your will.
Let God get the glory and let souls be saved.
