Tables with major figures...

I had a series of dreams last night but this stuck with me but vaguely.
I went to this dining hall that was in this posh upscale hotel. Kind of like an old German castle with alot of wood inside, kind of church like.
I was invited to a dinner and looking around I saw that there were many major figures there. Political figures, kings, etc. were all sitting at tables and I was trying to find a seat. No matter where I tried to sit I was not welcomed there. I kept trying to find a place to sit, knowing I was supposed to be there, but noone would welcome me or say hello. I felt like an outsider though I knew I was supposed to be there. I then went to a table and just sat down and tried to be friendly with the people at the table but they just shut me out. They gave me this look like "Who do you think you are?".
So I then left feeling rejected and downtrodden. My dream then shifted into another dream that I cannot remember.
This dream, though vague, struck me due to the assembly of people there. I was clueless as to why I was invited to be with people I'm not even in the same league with. Also knowing I was invited but the guests would not allow me social entry.
Wish I had more to go on!

It's quite possible, God may put you in a position of sharing some insights of God to others who are at a higher authority level than you. (Being in the room with major figures- kings, etc).
The invitation it would seem, will be from God thru someone who values your insights for more than one situation. (Beings it has a whole room of major figures).
The fact each attempt to sit and be friendly but rejected, suggests your insights may be rejected, coming from someone of lesser level in thier eyes, even tho you were invited.
Because you've had this dream ahead of time, is to help you prepare for what will happen when are invited into it or those situations. I suggest this is to help you to avoid what you saw in the end of your dream of feeling rejected, by standing up boldly and sharing what God will give you at such a time.
Those who are represented of higher level than you can end up being anyone considered as being in authority over you, as at work, some gathering, buisness meeting, church gathering, family gathering, etc.
Be in prayer over this and God will open up more insight to you concerning such things.

Thank you for your reply and insight! I will definitely keep in prayer about this dream. I do find it funny that you mentioned learning to handle rejection. This has been a lesson this past year and I've really had to learn the hard way that it's not ME they're rejecting but the message. That I have to just be the messenger and do my job in conveying the message and not take it personally. Not an easy task but if I keep praying and looking to the Lord then it will get better.
I'm excited and hopeful!

One of the warnings Christ gave us before He left earth, was that His flock would suffer persecution in His Names' sake. In other words, God's children will be persecuted at times for speaking God's Truth when is needed. Why? The unsaved world do not understand the things of God.
They think it fooloish and folly to believe that. Yet God declares His knowledge and Wisdom make man's knowledge and wisdom foolishness. Thus, we will suffer some persecution as a result.
As such, we must learn not to take that rejection as personally against us, tho it may seem so, what is really happening is thier rejection of God and His Truth.
